Bought this for Christmas present and unable to register it. Looked on line and the company that makes this has closed down. It also seams lots of people are having problems with this click free pro. It will be getting returned. Do not buy this product.

I have had this sitting on the side for a while. I am in my 60's and was very apprehensive to use it.
My partner died recently & I did not want to loose my last photo's of him, so I thought I would have a go.
I had no need to worry. Very easy to down load the app and I just followed the onscreen instructions.
I only had about 2000 photo's on my phone. It took all of 20 minutes.
I feel very relieved that my precious photo's are now safe.
Looking forward to using this to it's full potential with old photo's from my album too. Great product. Highly recommend.

This click free plus is a fantastic tool which has transformed my photos to the best quality, For the price I would recommend this. Old photos can be transformed clearly & can turn black & white in to colour. A very smart tool has been invented.

Called for support at 1-866-680-0516 and he want my credit card and personal information to answer just a simple question. I asked to talk to his supervisor which he refused.
Called 1-905-482-3241 and explained that I already called the above number but he also asked me for my personal information and credit card number to charge me for answering a simple question.
DO NOT BUY CLICKFREE PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR SUPPORT!!!

The clickfree pro is so easy to use and keeps all your photos amd videos safe. The price was fantastic.

Just got my Clickfree well and truly amazed with what it can do .It took me a day to get my code to register it but well impressed with it 10/10

Love this app. It is so easy to use an being user friendly gives advantages of access to all my digital equipment. I would recommend this app and device to anyone.

Doesn't work! Plug it in and it is not recognized. Plug and plug numerous times. Waste of money. Don't buy buy it.

Complete waste of time. If you plug it into the Android phone about 30 times, you might get it to recognize it ONCE, if you miss it, you will start with another 30 times. It will never recognize the device. Customer Support is no help and completely useless. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!

I tried out Clickfree on our iPad (recent model) and installing the app was a breeze. However, using it was not. First thing, auto-rotate didn’t work. It works on every other app/screen on this device. Second, on trying to start backing up photos/videos, I just couldn’t get it to proceed with contacts backup disabled so I had to enable it (why?). Then it had a problem recognising the storage device. After several unpluggings/pluggings back in and closing/relaunching the app it finally worked and backed up the photos (121 MB in all). I then deleted the single .vcf file (contacts) it had stored. Then looking at what it had stored (moved device to a PC) all the file names were unrecognisable alphanumeric sequences. The physical storage device is great - basically a universal USB stick with micro USB, USB C, USB A and Lightning connectors, with the memory card cleverly stowed in the USB A connector, but the (iPad/iOS) app needs a complete rethink.

I used to own the first clickfree back up hard drives years ago and was always impressed then and this natty little device which so portable is no less powerful or effective in backing up all I want - havent experimented with the app fully yet but very impressed

Simply wouldn't connect to my android phone, after several attempts and with patient guidance from clickfree live help/chat. I really wanted this to work but sadly it's going back to qvc tomorrow...

Wow love this I backed up tons of photos in one go so relieved and safe and piece of mind knowing I now can not lose these precious pics thanks clickfree

I brought a Clickfree pro in November it worked great first time. Second time after nothing tried company they suggested a couple of things didn’t work. Spoke to QVC no help. They said send it back for a refund. As there was over 1000 photo on it I was reluctant to do so so I have paid for a £60 ornament

The clickfree pro worked for about a week and then wouldn't be recognised by any devices (phones or computers).

Having chatted with customer services several times and given them proof that it doesn't work they have so far refused to provide a replacement.
I'm currently 3+ weeks into a mail correspondence with them (to follow up on the chats) where they continuously say the issue is with 'management' and it has 'High priority'.
It seems that the company is not at all keen to replace or refund a clearly faulty device.
Overall a very poor customer service experience.

I had tons of files and photos to remove off of my phone, the process was quick and easy and freed up space on my iphone.

I had pictures over 4 devices and now there all in one space. Was easy to use.

First of all, I had trouble finding the site to write a review. I originally owned the older model and sent it back because it stopped backing up. This Clickfree Pro seems to be working fine and it is very easy to use. I also contacted the company via telephone and the guy was very nice and even emailed me website information.
