I got the Clickfree pro + for Christmas it’s easy to use and works great!! Love it!!

i use a Nokia 1.3 Android 11 phone , im in IT so no idiot with these things , i installed CF and also a OTG driver all the permissions on my settings are done allow CF to use camera etc etc , when i insert the CF usb everything comes up green , i can copy photos etc but i cant usecthe camera to scan etc , after a few ideas from CF ive double checked settings etc but still no go with camera , so ok like the Demos say i can copy photos , files etc but unlike the demo which is actualy on Iphone my android phone does not do the same .

I purchased the click pro online and it does exactly what it says on the tin. It’s quick and easy to set up. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Received as a Christmas present, initially a little concerned about its use, however having contacted their support team by email, with their help they ironed out the problems I had encountered and restored my faith in the product and their support team. Now very pleased with my Clickfree Pro.

The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star is because backing up your photos for the first time was very time consuming and the flowing of backing up the photos and videos was not a smooth transition. Other than that I love having my photo's and video's on the device.

Not easy to download from cricket phone, waiting for 30 minutes for transfer of pictures, and keeps telling me too wait on picture transfer. Would send it back, if it was not a Christmas present. Have installed click free and nothing but trouble. Has only transferred one picture out of 60.

Macbook Pro,the click free doesn't work on my machine.The storage device is recognised by my MacBook but the Clickfree software says no usb device connected.What a shame.IT may work for you it hasn't for me.QVC England to give full refund

We LOVE our Clickfree Backup PRO. We are able to restore and recover all of our pictures. We can also share our photos with family. It's priceless to be able to have our memories at a CLICK. Thank you.

When I connect clickfree pro into android phone it will not work. Checked I had right connection, yes I have. Tried many times but did not work with my phone. Very disappointed they made it look so easy when demonstrated on QVC.

Easy to use! Great amount of storage! Great customer service for any questions, love the chat feature.

Absolute rubbish, I'll have to take it's word it backed up everything but when my pc broke and i tried to recover photos and music onto new laptop it couldn't be done. Complete and utter rubbish. Just buy an external hard drive and save important things onto that

If there was -0 star for this product I would have clicked on that. Really disappointed, bought off QVC and when I tried to connect it would not. Texted twice with tech support(over an hour each time) and they wanted me to send it back for flashing? Really feel scammed. They said also they were sending me a postage paid envelope to send it back, that was well over a month ago. I asked why they couldn't send me one that works instead and they said we'll have to review it. Save your money. Update as of 8/25/2024. Still nothing from them

It works fine on my Android phone, but doesn't work on my Apple computer or IPad.

Easy to use! Now I can take more photos and videos! Love it so far!

I found the Clickfree Pro Edition - Photo, Video and contact device very easy to use and it was very easy to download to the unit. It also has connections for iphones and ipads, Micro-USB: Android devices. USB-A: PCs and Apple computers. USB Type C: Latest Android and Apple devices. The download from my iPhone was very fast.... so far, I'm loving it.
