Useless website - Don't want to speak to customers
Web site looks good, but it's utterly useless. You have responded to me, but where have you beautifully hidden chat or your email. You do realise that communication is a pane of glass and not the one way mirror your service offers

I can't comment on the quality of the work because 'Tom' never turned up!
He didn't acknowledge my text the night before giving him directions to our house (text was delivered) Never picked up the phone when I rang to get e.t.a..
Never replied to texts or calls during the day. But contact centre did cancel payment. Was offered another mechanic but I then read that any guarantees are with the mechanic not Clickmechanic. 'once bitten twice shy'

All went well. I booked an Inspection for the next day. They carried out the work as planned, phoned me as soon as it was finished and gave me all the information needed. Over the phone and sent pictures with my report.

Complete waste of money
Complete waste of money. Paid for pre purchase inspection they completely missed some serious faults that went on to cost me over £1000. Raised a dispute through their website and never heard from them again. Don’t waste your money !

- There is no warranty/guarantee offered with our pre-purchase inspections
- Such inspections are predominantly visual only; no part/s can be removed from the vehicle, as it does not belong to the customer at inspection stage
- The part in question was not included in the level of inspection that you paid for
- The Standard-level inspection was undertaken by your mechanic last September
- Your complaint was not raised until February 2026 - a period of approx 5 months in which anything could have reasonably occurred
For any/all of the above-mentioned reasons, Alf, your complaint cannot be further considered. We hope you understand and that you may consider using us again in the future.

Quality Service, very impressed.
Fantastic service. Click Mechanic found me a local mechanic to carry out the repair on my car. We agreed a date and time, they came out and collected, and then brought my car back once the work was done. You are only charged once the work is completed. An itemised receipt is then sent to you. All so easy to do by clicking on your phone!

Charged £85 for them not doing any work to my car saying to me you should never change clutch fluid,, then charging me £85 as a call out fee, disgraceful then lying in the messages to the company about why he did not do the work, Avoid at all costs go to a local garage
