Scam - Avoid

I placed an order in August, I expected a delay and was keen to support a small business so did not chase. However, my order was cancelled on 03/11 without even an explanation. I have tried contacting them but their email doesn’t work. They complain when people post negative reviews but do nothing to deserve positive reviews. Do not use this company. Perhaps they could put some measures in place to only take orders for what they can manage rather than disappointing first time customers.

Don’t bother

After 4 months I got a refund, they told me they’d sent it out but lied. I know they had delays but it’s ridiculous. Disappointing.

Order cancelled out of nowhere

Order cancelled out of nowhere, I contacted them before as I ordered in September but had no updates and was told to wait which I did because it was so cheap and I went to check my order for it to say it’s been cancelled, awful brand clearly doesn’t have the facilities to fulfil the amount of orders. I also noticed they put what I had ordered available on the website again even though I had been waiting over a month for my order and they said it wasn’t going to be available yet, rubbish brand don’t buy from them.

Tale of two orders

Tale of two orders. One arrived after 3 months, as described (though one pair of trousers was wildly the wrong size but I’ll make it work) and another cancelled out of the blue and the contact email address is blocked and no longer in use? Really poor considering how understanding customers have been.

Total scam - customer service email shut down

Sooo- I ordered months ago back in June. I was advised that there was going to be a wait. Stupidly I placed a second order with them for a different set of products after being assured by their customer service teams my order was soon to be filled. I emailed again asking for an update in October to be told they were just waiting on one of the items…. I was invested at this point so thought I’d wait rather than request an refund… now 2 weeks in we are in November and I received 2 emails from them only to discover it wasn’t my notification to say dispatched but they just cancelled my orders!!! Now the customer service email address I have no longer works and nor does the one on the website… total joke and not worth the pain… can’t believe they are still taking money from innocent people. Typically you can’t tag them in social media so they are just left to take peoples money and not deliver. Looks like this has happened to loads of us now - wonder if any of us will actually get a refund?????

Order was cancelled by them 3 months after I ordered

They send out many emails about orders being delayed but I ordered in august and out of nowhere my order was cancelled. Poorly managed they clearly don’t know how to manage the stock to client demand. They keep sending out emails for people to leave good reviews for discounts on orders but when will those orders even arrive if they do. This is not a small business it’s a scam.

Order cancelled after 4 months of waiting!

Ordered on 9th July and then chased it up in October to find out where it was up to as when I placed the order the delivery time stated on the website was only a few weeks. Now out of the blue (in November) my order has been cancelled with no reason as to why, and when I try to email to find out what’s gone on, it’s saying their email address doesn’t exist anymore. Super disappointed, would avoid!

What a waste!

Quite honestly fuming! Ordered a mystery bundle for around £20 on the 7th of July 2022. I’ve been super understanding and respectful to the fact they are second hand and all deliveries are different so it takes longer to create people’s bundles. I had emailed a couple times to just check up to see if there was any updates my first email wasn’t responded to then two weeks later I sent another one to which they explained the delays. On the 26th of October they emailed me to get my measurements again and I thought GREAT! things are moving along. But no today (3rd November) they cancelled my order with no warning! I was happy to wait even longer but the fact they have just cancelled it without warning is really unsettling to me. I was really excited to receive my bundle but now I just think what a waste of time! Not happy at all, I never write reviews on anything ever but I really want to just warn people that there’s actually no point

Mystery bundle disappointment

Ordered a mystery bundle in July, heard nothing from email until end of August. Even though they were still selling and posting loads on tiktok, gave the benefits of the doubt and continued to wait. On tiktok still selling and even sending emails selling other bundles (which contained the same as what I had ordered). Months go with odd email and I'm happy to wait and then out the blue a refund has been processed with no explanation. Grateful for the refund but don't get excited about buying anything from here you'll wait months and it'll get cancelled anyways. I'm very disappointed but at least I got a refund.

Please, please avoid!

If I could give a zero then like a lot of other customers I would. False advertising and poor company. Selling items they don’t even have stocked, waiting months on end for items if you are lucky or an out of the blue refund. Please support your local charity shops and don’t be fooled into purchasing from this company like I was. My purchase date was 28th August and they have actioned a refund today, 3rd November. This company needs closing down and reporting for false trading.

Not worth it.

Ordered from them in June and patiently waited for the items to arrive. I saw all the negative reviews but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt as I love the idea of the company and I thought the products would be worth it. Hadn't heard anything from them, apart from copious emails announcing further bargains and an email asking to leave a positive review, but waited it out with the expectation that I would receive my order eventually... just received an email announcing my order is now cancelled, with no reason behind it. I get that its a new and small business but they've no idea what they're doing and the customer "service" is shocking. Stay clear of this company, its not worth the stress.

Waited 4 months to not even receive my order...

I had been waiting for my order since June, I had been informed that there were delays which I understood and decided to wait patiently for my order because they are a small business and it was a great bargain. However to have my order cancelled after waiting such a long time with no explanation is just ridiculous, why bring out lots of collections if you do not have the facilities to fulfil the number of orders coming in? It doesn't make sense. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Would be wise to avoid

I placed an order on 1st September, after waiting a couple of weeks and not hearing anything I checked their social media which stated they had gone viral on TikTok which resulted in an unforeseen surge in orders which they were working through. I was happy to wait in order to support a small business. A few weeks later I still had not heard anything about my order so contacted them and was given a very generic email which looked to be sent to all customers awaiting their order to say they were having issues with suppliers and in actual fact had no stock to send so could not give an estimated delivery date but they were working on it. Refunds were offered to people unwilling to wait however I was still happy to wait as I knew they were having a difficult time and were very busy and was still happy to support. 2nd November I have received an email out of the blue to say they have cancelled my order with no explanation or apology. What I also have a problem with is, despite them complaining they did not have the stock or staff to fulfil the 1000’s of orders they had, they continued to let people place orders and promote their deals. They should have suspended orders until they could fulfil back orders if they were struggling as much as they claimed. What a shame, my best advice would be to avoid this company and find a different small business who values and respects their customers a little more

Nice idea but ... the execution was poor...

Really nice idea. Sadly not well executed.

Ordered back at the end of July and just got the same email as many saying my order was refunded (four months later) with little to no communication.

Although I can understand taking more orders to continue the service the correct response was to pause new orders whilst they dealt with the ones already confirmed. But instead sadly it seemed they made their problem deeper and deeper until it seems decided to stop trading all together.

The communication that was had was also pretty combative which again wasn't the right response for a company that wants to be taken seriously and build a good name for themselves. So yeah, great idea, poor execution. I couldn't recommend it to others.

Awful, do not use absolute con.

Awful.
My friend received a bundle from them(took about 3 weeks to arrived), loved it so ordered one for myself in July. I understand they’ve had some problems and I was very patient but I emailed twice, with no response and messaged them on Twitter with no response. My order was cancelled today with no explanation. They clearly dont control how many orders they can produce, leaving a lot of unhappy people.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered from this shop early September after seeing a TikTok video about them. I was advised that there were delays and was happy to wait. During this time I received several marketing emails from the company that were quite aggressive and rude, offering discounts for people who left "nice reviews" and slating people who left poor reviews. I am not sure what experience this seller has had after going viral online, I'm sure they've received some (unfair) negativity, however I found it odd to be receiving these unprofessional emails when I was more than happy to wait. Two months later, 1st Nov, I had my order cancelled "at my request" - I didn't request anything and was happily waiting. Overall an odd experience and wouldn't buy from them again.

Poor customer service and lack of communication

I placed an order for the vintage mystery Levi’s box in early September. I’ve waited around two months for my order to arrive and had limited communication from the company. I was willing to wait for my order and was happy to support a small business. However, today I also received an email stating that my order had been cancelled with no explanations or communications from the brand. The email also bounced back.

Throughout the time period of waiting for my order, I have received numerous marketing emails and deals of the week, which was incredibly frustrating as it appeared they were not prioritising previous orders and yet still wanted new customers. Additionally, they offered vouchers in exchange for positive trustpilot reviews, which I believe is unethical.

Overall, I wanted to support this brand and I liked the ethos of the company. However, the execution of their brand idea has been poor. If they focus of fulfilling previous orders and focus on communicating delays appropriately to customers, they would receive good reviews without having to offer customers incentives.

The premise was good but they continued to take more and more orders without having the resource to fulfill them. They’ve now cancelled both my orders and told me they are closing down so their email address has been cancelled too.

Avoid!

I placed my order at the start of Sept. I hadn’t noticed on their website that there would be deliver delays but I received a VERY lengthy email explaining that they had so many orders that things would be delayed. The email also went in to great detail about how unfair it was that people were leaving bad reviews on trust pilot when they had communicated that there would be delays… so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I did email them to ask for an update and got a response from their customer service again blaming too many orders.

I found it a bit strange that I then received many many marketing emails for their mystery boxes and Levi’s etc. I’m not sure why they would continue to promote their products when they can’t even fulfil their existing orders.

I then, like others, got an email today saying mg order had been refunded! No other explanation other than unforeseen circumstances and the refund.

I not try but from this place again and would advise others not to also.

Order cancelled with no reason

I had been waiting a while for my order, but I know they had been having some issues with delays which I understood and decided to wait patiently for my order so I could support a small business. However to have my order cancelled after waiting with no explanation is not acceptable. I would recommend supporting another small company who has the business model to actually fulfil orders.
