I attend the Vinings location. Firstly, the booking system is completely deranged. I'm always on a wait list and sometimes they clear me less than 12 hours in advance but I have to give a 12 hour no... See more

Club Pilates classes are extremely…
Club Pilates classes are extremely difficult to get into during peak times (ie. after work, 5-7pm). I’m a new member since Feb 27/22 and have only been able to book and get into 2 classes since signing up. I have been on wait lists for multiple classes and not been able to get in to them. This is an expensive membership ($200 a month for 8 classes a month). To not even have the opportunity to attend my 8 classes this month due to limited classes available in the evenings is SO frustrating. I have cancelled my membership and now I was told to pay $100 for a cancellation fee!!!! Not good business practices at all.
Club pilates shady business practices
Shady business practices to get people to sign up for their contracts and not being allowed to give low ratings on Google. No low ratings on Google, when I tried to give a review it didn't even show up on their reviews or downgrade their ratings! That's questionable to begin with. They are trying to fleece people with ridiculous price for these workouts.
Overpriced
Overpriced, broken equipment, unfriendly front desk staff, cob webs on machines and bugs crawl on you while on the floor. Classes have to be booked weeks in advance.
Love it!
Been going to Club Pilates for two years and I love it! There are different types of classes and different levels and with modifications any class can be as easy or hard as you want it to be.

The front desk staff is incredibly rude. They are not respectful of people. Will never 👎🏻 go there again, and will tell everyone my story.
Waste of money if you have a regular…
Waste of money if you have a regular exercise routine or have Pilates experience. The classes are too simple and too many members complain if anything challenging is offered in regular classes resulting in very simply work out. Very few more challenging classes are offered

Just joined here a few weeks ago. Great atmosphere and I absolutely love the instructors. Well worth the money! Can’t wait to get in shape again!
