We hired a coach to take our wedding guests from the church to the reception venue. Excellent service from start to finish - organised, punctual, exactly what we wanted. Thank you for helping our big day run smoothly.

We look forward to the continued business with you.

Very good communication and excellent customer service. Everything ran smoothly and the coach was nice and comfortable!

Very reliable and great customer service. Would definitely use again.

Great and efficient booking service with Emma Johnston. She was very kind and efficient in sending the quotes as many times as I requested. The driver was really good, flexible, kind and accommodating to our needs and understanding of our unseen circumstances. The coach was on time on all the trips from Stanstead Airport and Oxford city to London. I recommend this coach service and will use it again.
Thanks
David

The coach reached us sharp in time.
We had a good journey and we arrrived at destination safe and sound.

The most efficient service I've yet to use for my school's excursions. Each and every time I use Coach Hire, their communications are excellent, the teams they deploy are outstanding and I completely trust them to give our children the best experience they can. They think of everything and, in doing so, means there aren't any unforeseen hiccups. I'd highly recommend Coach Hire for school excursions and trips for peace of mind and an efficient service.

We used you for some corporate transport, our client started the booking and once confirmed we took over and managed the rest. The coaches all arrived on time with no issues, we made some changes to return coaches and they were actioned quickly and efficiently. Omar was excellent at dealing with our last minute requests. We will certainly be using you guys again!

Really reasonable prices, great communication and excellent customer service. The employee I dealt with, Maddie White, was a complete star. Nothing was too much trouble and she really put my mind at ease that everything was taken care of - a big deal when you're planning a wedding! I would definitely recommend :)

Brilliant service, helpful every step of the way! Would definitely use again! Thank you all!

Great service and experience end to end. Emma Johnston was very efficient and provided a good quote. Nice coach that arrived on time and took us to our destination without any issues. Would use this company again with no issues.

Excellent door to door service with Pacha for our party of nine New Yorker’s from the Lake District to Northampton. Bus is a little uncomfortable, but service on point.

Brilliant service, helpful every step of the way! Lee Hunt made the whole process painless and quick!! Would definitely use again!

Maddie was great and so helpful by arranging our last minute trip. I would definitely recommend Coach Hire for any kind of transportation service throughout the U.K. Highly recommended.

This is our third booking with CoachHire. Reliable, helpful and competitively priced.

Excellent service. Arranged 12 coaches at relatively short notice for complex school trips. Great communication all the way through. Will be using again and would have no hesitation in recommending.

This coach company have been very good with communication and accomodated to our every need - Thoroughly recommend this company.

Very competitive in price, and flexible too. Emma did me a good deal, and when I wanted to change the coach requirements, she did me an even better deal after some polite haggling. Coachhire.com is a "computer says yes" kind of company. As for the service, I was expecting a coach but got 4 minibuses, if for some reason I really wanted a coach then the 5 stars I've given would of been a 3, just some useful feedback to manage expectation of customers as it's "coach"hire.com. But for me personally, all very very good.
