Awful sourdough baguette
I brought a Coco Di Mama chicken and bacon caesar soughdough baguette from my local Sainsburys and was disappointed to say the least. The sourdough baguette is not true sourdough and tasted awful. I had the filling which was OK but left the baguette as it was spongy and rubbery. Shall not buy again!
no meat spag bol/ragu
The pictures when you order show full pots of pasta dripping with meat sauce. The reality is 3/4 full pots with virtually no meat-may as well have gone veggie. I have had a few goes with classic bolognese and ragu-had enough. Beboz ragu a different level

Did not honour deal - Bournemouth
I got a deal for a buy one get one free on the biscoff doughnuts. Once ordered they never sent them and instead sent me pasta crisps. When I went back on to the app they had removed the deal. They clearly didn’t want to honour the offer and just sent me different items instead.

First time ordered from here the Slow cooked bolognaise was so dry cold with no flavour was lacking sauce in fact, wasn't very saucy at all very disappointed 👎 garlic bread was good season fries weren't seasoned very cold & soggy but the fudge cake was very nice only 2 stars can improve on flavour and sauce next time

I just got three good to gos and I won’t be doing it again! (My first and last time to get thinking be great for lunch)Nothing special I thought to be eaten out of the pot for convenience considering the title but no form of cutlery nor napkins given just thrown in a bag(a zizzi bag I might add and a zizzi receipt)and it was cold!Definitely will not be buying again
Pathetic foid…
Please do not take the Good to Go from Coco Di Mama. Absolutely very very bad. The food is pathetic.
Very poor quality
I tried the their Calabrian Hot Honey chicken parm on sour dough ciabatta today and it was disgustingly poor quality.
The bread is very processed and NOT true sour dough which is misleading.
The chicken filling looks like chicken through the wrapper but its reformed rubbish at a measley 21% meat!
Avoid thid product, together we can increase quality and take these companies down. Abosolute rip off.

Disgraceful – Vegan Meal Contaminated with Meat
I’m absolutely appalled. I purchased a vegan pasta dish that shockingly contained meatballs. This isn’t a simple mistake—it’s a serious breach of food safety and trust. For anyone who is vegan, vegetarian, or suffers from allergies, this could be incredibly dangerous.
It makes you wonder—if something as clear-cut as this was overlooked, what else is being cross-contaminated in their kitchen? This kind of negligence is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, there’s no way to reach them. No contact number, no support email, nothing. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.
I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. If your health, ethics, or dietary needs matter to you—stay well away.
The portions are really good here
The portions are really good here. The food is so tasty I tend to order a main, side, dessert and even a salad! All of which are delicious. Glad I gave this a try when I saw it on Deliveroo.
Awful Baguette
I recently purchased a Coco Di Mama Chicken & Bacon Caesar Baguette from Amazon Fresh. One bite was enough and I chucked it. The bread was absolutely awful. Underbaked, anaemic, rubbery and tasteless.
Amazon refunded without question, but I'm disappointed that they're selling this rubbish.
Don't waste your money
We had ordered coco di mama for the first time as our bi-weekly work lunch. I wasn't the one to organise the lunch but from my understanding the company had organsied the lunch and there was a delivery issue with deliveroo and coco di mama. Please tell me why there were 3 different drivers to deliver 26 meals??!! I understand thats quite a lot but surely there should have been a more efficient way to get the meals delivered to us in a timely manner AND at the same time?..... Food for thought
Long story short - Half of the company got their lunches whilst the rest were waiting like an hour and a half for the 3rd driver to arrive with the remaining lunches.
I understand this is mainly a deliveroo issue but thankfully I managed to get my side (cheesy garlic bread - rock hard when it FINALLY arrived) and dessert (biscoff doughnut balls, decent). The consensus from the employees who did receive their lunches had nothing but complaints regarding the pasta.
Don't waste your money here. The reviews definitely speak for themselves! :)
I’m absolutely gobsmacked
I’m absolutely gobsmacked.
Mine was supposed to be ham hock! I would like to know where the ham was, it was more like pasta only with very little sauce.
My husbands was wild mushrooms a different colour pasta with no mushrooms. £30 for that with garlic bread that had just managed to see an oven!
Never again
I personally really love Coco di mama
I personally really love Coco di mama in Horsham, they always have big portions and they taste amazing for a decent price aswell
Disappointing, bland, and not as advertised – AVOID!
Wish I’d seen the reviews before ordering. Ordered the beef bolognese from Coco di Mama on Deliveroo and what arrived was nothing like the photo - just a pile of pasta with barely any sauce and a few specks of beef. The taste was so bland, not even worth £2 let alone the £10 I paid. Deliveroo refused to refund, so that’s money down the drain. Do not order from this place - it's awful and shouldn't be allowed to exist.
Overpriced, low quality food
Uber eats order, Aylesbury 09/04/2025
Absolutely shocking experience from my first order of this restaurant.
The slow cooked bolognese pasta main was one of the worst tasting meals I have had. The pasta was overcooked. The sauce was watery and thin. There was maybe a tablespoon of meat in the tub. The whole thing was just shockingly bad.
Meal came with a side of garlic bread which wasn't too bad, but nothing special. Small size but the flavour was ok. Also had a desert of the biscoff bomboloni, these were pretty underwhelming. Dry, not much flavour and quite stale.
I would avoid this restaurant completely. Overpriced, low quality food.
best dish - house sogu di pomodoro!
best dish is house sogu di pomodoro!! so delicious and vegan (great for a dairy free household, allergies), they sent free sweet treats too!!
Never ever againThe food was horrible
The food was horrible. Both pasta pots were craggy due to lack of sauce. 1 was bolognaise and 1 ham hock. The ham hock one we paid extra for chicken but guess what NO chicken. The pasta was stuck together in large clumps, was cold with no sauce. It stuck in my throat and I could barely swallow. Neither could my sister. As coco di mama doesn't have a telephone number and neither does Uber Eats we couldn't complain. The donuts were frozen and the garlic bread was hot and solid almost like the bottom of a shoe.

Cold food not hot was solid when opened not happy
Ordered food
Ordered food, came in good time (20 minutes). Ate at 9pm, by 4am I’m violently vomiting. Let’s not even talk about the other end.. like the garden hose has been turned on. Having to take a day off of work due to whatever this is I’ve caught from coco. Thanks but no thanks will not order again
Crappy service and rude
Crappy service and rude! I just spend £10.95 on a pasta dish and paid EXTRA for some cheese….. and they had the nerve to tell me it was already included and get an attitude about it! Like THEY were paying out of their pocket……
