Useless company takes well over an hour…
Useless company takes well over an hour just to cook one small pot of pasta and a garlic bread. No phone number to contact them either. Don't waste your time or money with them because you may never even get anything at all.
Great pasta
Great pasta, with perfect quantity of pasta & sauce..
Top diet options AND
Amazingly delicious!!
Plot Twist
Have another go - coco di mama from sainsburys- reading on the back “enjoy the taste of Italy with a British twist” and “there’s no sandwich more Italian than this” - already counter intuitive- spoiler alert … the twist is they extract the flavour.
This was honestly the worst take away…
This was honestly the worst take away I’ve ever had.. I got the ham and pancetta carbonara but most of it was just rocket.. the pasta had barely any sauce and just had the most bland a disgusting taste. Do not waste your money!
Ordered from Aberdeen via UE
Ordered from Aberdeen via UE, I only ordered because they had a good deal on and I'm poorly. I find their usual price too expensive.
The garlic bread was floppy and small and the pasta had barely any sauce. I was super excited about this. So I'm very disappointed. Will not be ordering again.
Absoutely appauling
Absoutely appauling, i went to holborn branch and there were serious pest infestations there.. cockroaches and insects on the floor, plus large spiders webs and dirty tables and pasta tasted overcooked old and stale!!! and awful rude staff horrendeous.. i emailed customer service and no reply ! Will contact environmental health officers to report
Pronto pasta it isn't
Ordered for delivery that first said the delivery had happened when it hadn't and then eventually turned up over 2 and a half hours after ordering. The food wasn't worth the wait and they'd decided to put the soft drink can in the same bag and it arrived hotter than the food it was placed next to in the bag and was undrinkable. Lack of updates and very late delivery with lukewarm food result in the poor review - it wouldn't matter whether the food was nice or not when it's so late.
Wars customer Service
Wars customer Service, the person how open the store not smile not friendly, wanting for 2 caffe and a sandwich's 20 minute's because all the staff stay at the back and tokens, every time I come here on Liverpool Street o have same service…very disappointed 👎👎👎👎
Be careful
1st order absolutely brilliant, Second order terrible. Be careful
overcooked and flavourless
overcooked and flavourless. I tried them purely because I got a timeout offer of any pasta for £5. ordered the wholewheat pasta with creamy mushroom. the pasta was mush and hardly any flavour in the mushroom. the only saving grace was the (small) addition of cheese. no idea how long they cooked the pasta for - a pretty long time if it was as soft as it was bearing in mind wholewheat pasta can hold it's shape well.
Food is poor for what you pay
Food is poor for what you pay. Tasteless, over/under cooked. Poor.
Utter rubbish since changing the…
Utter rubbish since changing the breakfast menu. £7.85 for a stale ciabatta roll with one sausage in!
What on earth makes you think this is right?????????
People want quality and value and you now offer neither, What went wrong? Who made this ridiculous change? They need to go.........
Ordered from coco di mama bournemouth
Ordered from coco di mama bournemouth, ordered slow cooked bolognese and it was cold, literally the pasta was boiled to death.. it was literally inedible mush.. there was barely any mince in there, if you had a cup of penne pasta then the ration of bolognese would have been a teaspoon full, ridiculous
Honest review
I ordered: slow cooked bolognese pasta and fries
Packaging✅ - beautiful high quality packaging that is enjoyable to open.
Presentation✅- food is presented well and looks appealing.
Fries✅- these were very tasty and seasoned with rosemary which I loved. Also, they were cooked perfectly- neither burnt nor uncooked.
Flavor❌ - There was hardly any flavor all I could taste was the thick bland pasta. Honestly, a ready meal bolognese has more flavor than this.
Pasta:sauce ratio❌ 85% pasta : 15% sauce. The sauce is not mixed in, they put it on-top so when you get further down the cup, the pasta becomes sauceless.
Hotness❌✅- the pasta was a good temperature. However the fries could have been hotter.
Portion✅- good portions to match the prices.
Overall experience❌- 2/5. This brand presents itself as high quality, however its pasta is tasteless and they are very stingy on the sauce. Although there are more ticks then crosses, the actual taste of the food is what matters to me most and I did not enjoy it. I don’t think I would order again after this.
Ordered beef ragu pasta
Ordered beef ragu pasta, regular size. Likely 30-40grams of beef in the whole pasta. Overall mostly just pasta with a bit of sauce, bottom part of box doesn't even have sauce as they don't mix but add it sequentially on top.
I ordered Bolognese take away
I ordered Bolognese take away. The food stunk of a watelogged musty odour that should not be found anywhere near edible food.
I bought a chicken pesto flatbread…
I bought a chicken pesto flatbread sandwich from the Canary Wharf store. The sandwich although bland apart from spicy pepper pearls tasted okay. 2 hours later I felt nauseous and 3 hours later I was violently sick and needed to be collected from the office by my husband that evening as I was unable to get home unaided. I now know how awful food poisoning is. May have been unlucky but not one question in my mine about the cause of it. Posting as want to ensure no one else has same experience. I have raised to Foods Agency in Tower Hamlets.
Arrives cold
Have ordered from Worthing several times but always arrives cold. Food is good so always hope that it will arrive hot but disappointed every time. Unfortunately have now been put off from making this the choice of our future takeaways 😕 Shame
Some cost saving activity has gone on…
Some cost saving activity has gone on and the pots are 3/4 full. Considering it’s already expensive for pasta and sauce that’s ridiculous
DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!
DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I was waiting for my food for an hour and it hadn't even been “prepared” according to the app so I ordered a pizza, even that got delivered before they started cooking my meal. At the time of writing this, Ive been waiting 2hrs and still not “prepared”
