Ethically sourced organic coconut products which I really appreciate. The postcode on the order form was incorrect, so courier company unable to deliver according to notifications. Advised seller I was receiving e-mails but no delivery. Seller responded immediately and that is when I realised the error on the order form and seller informed courier immediately and everything was resolved within 24 hours. Apologies to seller and courier for the error on my part.

Delicious products, sustainable and good value. I buy the Coconut Water which is not harvested by Monkeys which is vital and tastes lovely!

Really fast delivery, they sent it on express delivery even though I did not request this. Very happy with the service, highly recommend.

So .. I keep telling you lot (gen public) there aren't many drinks to beat this in terms of hydration.. Yes a lot of people go for the coconut water but in my personal opinion the watermelon juice tops it.

I bought Raw Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (500ml) on Amazon. When I opened it it smelled 'cheesy' and tasted strange(I purchase regularly as it is THE BEST I have found). I contacted Coconut Merchant direct via email with this issue. HALF AN HOUR later I received a reply from Al. I told my story and within 3 days a new bottle was supplied. UNREAL customer service.
