Great products and amazing customer service
I have been a customer for a few years and the products have always been very good, with attention to the ethic aspects of the business, and excellent customer service. My last order had a few products missing: within 24 hours from my email I received an apologize email and a new shipping for the missing products with the next day delivery. Hello
I have just received my bulk order of coconut milk & am really disappointed. I use your milk to make plant chocolate truffles for my chocolate business. The milk has always been the excellent quality. Thick cream with little water. Unfortunately the consistency of all these cans is completely different? Runny watery milk & not useable for my requirements.
I'm so disappointed.
I would love to order directly & regularly from you.
Can you help rectify this?
