I work for them, but I am quitting because they do not pay on time. They give several excuses as to why they can't pay on time but they seem vague and random (invoice went to spam, the quality of your work was not on par etc.). But employees should never have to suffer especially when there is no equity offered. Many other co-workers and contractors have not been paid and we are tired and are quitting. My name is Pratik Wagh and you can verify that I have worked for them. I have screenshots from Maxim Galash (CEO) promising to pay but then doesn't return calls or emails. Next step is Small Claims Court or Class Action.

Can’t count how many calls I get from them in a week . I was actually a victim to them once and I know better than to use their service again. I have since tried a different platform (EaSY Be). They are super reliable and very efficient, their support team is proactive.

This is a scam, don't fall for it again

I am yet to receive the withdrawal of $3,725 I initiated since Thursday July 28th, why is it taking so long?

Requests never processed, always had to go to customer support to get things done.
Customer support response times were poor and quite often I had to follow up after anywhere from 3 days to a week of not hearing back.

The company is doing a good job in a downfall crypto market.
The App UI is great, easy to navigate.
Not sure why people post bad experiences, but mine so far is great.
I was always able to speak to someone, if needed.
The company is operating a legit business for sure.

Cancel my referreal after 2 weeks deposit, was a waste time.

I can now see, why I should have resourced a bit more about this company.

I wanted to withdraw 0.20190833 ETH from my Coinchange account and it said that there would be a network fee on 0,0055 (I also thought it was high and was fixed which isn’t normal).
When I received the ether scan transaction link I saw they only sent 0.19640833. So they practically stole 0.0055 ETH by hiding it as a “network fee”.

I wrote to their support and now they don’t want to help me because I use the Hide my email feature by Apple (it’s a feature where Apple make a random email addresses and forward all emails sent to the newly generated email).
They told me to change my email for them to help me. I then wanted to do that (which you have to do by contacting there support line) and they now demand me to call them which is unbelievable stupid.

Please don’t use the platform. They have bad APY and stretchy SoMe accounts.
Go use Binance or Nexo instead.

They changed the referral reward promotion from 30 days to 90 days and that was not pleasant.

STAY AWAY SCAM PLATFORM !!!!!!!

One month ago they had a sign up bonus that required to keep money for 30 days, after few weeks they decided to retroactively change the terms to 90 days without even sending an email or any kind of communication. Probably in the next 2 months they will change it again or remove the bonus to never pay it. Pure scam
