This app is the best for easy and simple Crypto investments! I was very happy with the service and was able to easily navigate the app. Their support team has very quick response times and they’re super helpful.

Great lowkey DeFi platform! I was referred this platform through a friend, currently earning great rates on my USDC while compounding daily! Support is horrible. After many months of trying to resolve an issue where my bank's account security had been compromised, I had to remove that bank from being used on my account with Coinchange. They proceeded to presume fraud and disabled my account without any reason as to why. For many months I had tried to communicate effectively my frustrations and what to do to resolve the account's ability to get my own money out, submitting documents to verify the account had belonged to me and its closed state, and still they refuse any service to resolve this and have remained disabled to this day. I would advise any and all to avoid this app or their services by all means. Don't use it. They're currently holding $1000 of my own money hostage in a sense, for no reason at all.

Update as of Feb 25 2022, They closed my account without notification nor recompensating money back to me 1k which I had there. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEIR APP. Report them.

My issue was complete ignored. No response from coinchange. My issue was never resolved or addressed.

I would like my money back that you guys took from me and then maybe I would consider on giving you a two or three star but until I at least get my money I wouldn't even consider giving this one star you guys pretty much robbed me I have gave all current documents that was asked for I had to discontinue my previous bank account because of misused funds I started a new bank account I gave you the information for that bank account and then you disabled my account for coin change and I am out $2,500 I would like my money back and I would like access to my account to see if my high yield investment progressed at all . I wanted to be a part of the coin change family to be involved in the new world of crypto I was very excited to start off my new adventure. I thought everything was good to go. I started experiencing some weird things but nothing too alarming until I was contacted by my Google account that my Google account was trying to be accessed from another server using an incorrect passcode multiple times. Well I know my passwords so I knew it wasn't me trying to do that so I had to change all my passwords to all my accounts in so many different places. Then I had to close my Chase bank account and open up a different account because that as well was being attempted by other servers.. so I closed all my accounts and reopened new ones under different companies and I was good to go I checked my coin change app daily. And every thing was great until it came down to me withdrawing my money and putting it back onto my banking account because I was short on bills and I was unable to withdraw any funds I did not understand it it did not make sense so I sent an email explaining my concerns no response so then I sent another email explaining more concerns then I get an email saying you wanted documents which I have sent there was never any alert on my app or any type of notification from anything on my app so when I get emails that go to my spam box for some reason I don't think they're really from the actual site I don't even know if they were from this actual site I just know that I don't respond to spam emails but I never had any notifications in my notification box.

U make it extremely difficult to have to keep signing up to get access to my account. I keep on having to upload my ID and pic which doesn't work half the time.

Bad customer service I have nit be refunded the money wen u locked my account so I am very unhappy about the issue that wasn't resolved and I still have not heard anything back from u on my wnd

I have $200 in here and they locked my account. Can't get the money out. Two weeks ago they said was under review. I still can't get my money out!!!

Very bad support, whoever rates them anything other than a 1 star is a fake review… I’ve tried to reach out to them severally but one gives a reasonable response… they tell you they’ll get back to you but never do… I contacted them on discord, via phone calls, email messages, and even on telegram (@NataliaAntonchyk), and I was told to stop DMing, I even got kicked from the group chat and blocked..

My request is simple, you suspect a fraud was done by means of ACH transactions, but I do not fall into that category, mine was a wire transfer from my personal bank account… how hard is that? If wires were reversible, I would’ve contacted my bank to do that, but no, they are not. So I am stuck.

Coinchange.io is a fraud and anyone who rates them other than a 1 star is either a paid review, or an insider.

I would suggest staying away from this company. They will freeze your account and refuse to release funds with no explanation as to why.
