Scam. They froze and took ALL of my crypto assets. Please watch out.

Due to the situation that happened with Celsius, I had strong fears that the same thing would happen here and the withdrawal operations would be blocked or smth like that. But this did not happen and, after a detailed dialogue in support with the guys, they explained in detail why this could not happen for them by any chance. I have checked and made several withdrawal operations over the past few days and everything went well. I will wait out a little tense situation on the market and will definitely continue to use the service. Right now, awesome job.

The experience in site to get a loan is very fast and reliable.... BUT when you need to increase the collateral sometimes you have erros on system to recognize your transactions... Many times i had to enter in chat and wait 1 day... Yes 1 day to my collateral get increased... and in that meantime was exposed to maybe get liquidated... it is a very serious problem if you sent coins that on explorer took 1 minute but one day on platform to be updated... After all i changed my vote from 1 to 5 star because that team assured that in meantime my collateral was locked and secured until the case be closed! So really professional and passed confidence!

I made a payment for my loan. After network fees my repayment was short "Remaining repayment:0.249764 USDT ERC20" I made a second payment for $25 USDT ERC20 (min from Nexo wallet). I am still waiting for my deposit to get returned and there is zero response from Coinrabbit Help Chat.

The customer service is great, responsive chat. I'm in the process of depositing, though it looked everything checks out on my end, it is still in the first step of awaiting deposit.

Update: there was a misunderstanding on which network to use for depositing the USDT, and they made a refund for me. The coinrabbit team is very helpful throughout the process.
