Once again - coinrabbit did me dirty. Without any explanation or notification they stopped allowing XDC tokens to be added to my loan. I kept trying - many many times - to no avail. This went on for WEEKS. This morning went to check the loan again and it was liquidated. They CLAIM they had started allowing XDC to be added to loans again but never notified me of that either - so there’s no proof. I just have to trust them. Feels to me like they froze me out just to set me up and steal my tokens. They just arbitrarily decide when you can and can’t top off a loan just to rip you off.

CoinRabbit is a shady company located in the Caribbean's, Saint Vincent and Grenadines. This company is not to be trusted. In my case, they liquidated multiple loans at a price $2-3 dollars above my margin call. Good luck with their customer service if something like this happens to you.

You will get liquidated at a price above your liquidation point and you will get the round around from their customer service and get multiple lame answers as to why you got liquidated at a rate above your margin call. In my case, their own market rate on their platform was $81.4, my margin call was $79.4.

If they reply to this message with a lame explanation, do not buy into it. I already got 4-5 different answers as to why my position got liquidated above my margin call. Every time I counter argued their lame excuse, I got another lame excuse. Like I said, their liquidation system is shady and will liquidate you above your margin call, so be warned if you decide to deal with this company.

You won't get any help from their customer service, this is a predatory company. I am in the process in beginning a lawsuit. Don't be like me, don't trust this company unless you want to be a victim to their shady practices like I was.

Most of these 5 star reviews are fake, dont fall for this company. I am out 30-50k because I trusted these reviews. After using CoinRabbit and their services/customer service. I can tell you its a scam.

-Keep in mind that the liquidation price CoinRabbit has listed on their market rate price is different than their "secret partners" for liquidation price. Essentially, they have a market rate chart that shows their liquidation prices. This chart is irrelevant because CoinRabbit has their "secret partners" that provide liquidation price. You will be kept in the dark what this number is and they can just make it up with no proof. Their alert system is a joke, I got alerted my loans were close to liquidation 1 hour after their system has liquidated me already. Everything about this company is shady/a scam.

At first, their argument was against USD but there was enough proof the price against USD didn't drop below $81 on any platform. Their market rate chart is consistent with USD exchange prices. Then, they switched to USDT but if it was USDT I should have been liquidated 3-4 times already. Their market rates has always been more consistent with USD. Once I added more collateral, thats when it got shady. If your account is overcollaterized, they will liquidate you above your margin call. They want your crypto.

It doesn't make a big difference either way. Read their terms and conditions. As soon as you give this company your crypto, they can keep it. You can send payment for your loan and they will keep your loan payment and crypto. They have no obligation to give you back your crypto. This is a scam company, their terms and conditions pretty much lets you know that. I trusted the reviews and overlooked the terms and conditions. Now I am out of my crypto. I am putting a lot of effort in this review so others won't make the same mistake and be out of their crypto as well. Remember the old saying, not your keys not your crypto.

This review supersedes my earlier 5 Star glowing review. Something has changed at Coin Rabbit and it is very concerning. The once amazing support team who used to go out of their way to be helpful has now gone away. The support now goes out of their way to be combative and generally unhelpful. My recent experience was frustrating in that the rep obviously was not listening and only giving responses that were formality and not a genuine response that at least acknowledged that it was heard. I asked for escalation and still nothing. The issue is with a liquidation that occurred yet I had sent and it was accepted, increased collateral but they now say the loan was in the process of being liquidated. No, it is either liquidated or not and if you accepted my deposit for the loan then the loan was not liquidated. They now said they will send back the collateral increase but won’t reinstate the loan. Seems off and the fact that support is ignoring my request and not taking the documentation I sent into any consideration and failing to have a discussion on the merits of the request and instead just dismiss the customer/ very disappointing and a red flag for me for sure.

I am trying to withdraw funds and I cannot get the two factor to work and I have messaged the support and it has taken days for a response and the suggestion did not work. Can someone please tell me why the 2 factor is not working?

Overall I was very impressed. I did a small test to see how it worked then ended up geting nearly 50k in crypto loans to invest in more crypto loans. Just dont set your margin to small as if the price drops you can get close to luiquidation. ONLY because for me it was the day the market crashed like 20% in a matter of hours however I was able to quickly add more and my loans were fine. I recommend setting them around 60%. The only other thing to keep in mind is you get your funds ASAP, within minutes which was awesome. But when you do repay you loan my first one was quick, within minutes, but the 2nd one took about 12 hours. However, customer support is VERY good. No matter what time I added a question on chat someone got back to me in seconds. They told me when I would see my crypto back and it was actually much faster than the time they gave me. Since they do have safety protocals set in, just know it can take a bit longer to get your crypto back, but overall nothing to worry about and also makes complete sense. Anyway, if you need cash to invest and dont want to sell your crypto I think it is a great service. They tell you the loan fee up front, you know your APR before you ever take the loan, the only surprise I had was they took a small fee when I added more crypto but I was not worried as it was very small and probably was listed somewhere and I just missed it. But I would advise as i said, dont set your margin to tight as you dont want your loan to liquidate in a day since you are paying a fee. And if it gets close when you add more it was near instant. Also even though when you repay it shows the full amount owed, I was told by customer service you can repay in smaller amounts and they deduct it which I tihink is also awesome. Overall I will use them again after I see what BTC does after halving.

Older: some of these reps are so bad like 2 loans got liquidated as the transactions took so long to go through their proccess for verifying transactions are so slow i dont understand and this rep jonny will leave you on hold for an hour with no response the customer service needs to improove greatly. i appreciate the service but my gosh they need a revamp and an easier less stressful way to transfer funds. and should be a timed grace period before loans are liquidated so if these issues happen you have time to get it resolved. i put and extra 300 usd on a loan and then wasnt showing up a half hour later its liquidated still and hour later after liquidation i told him what happened still no response this was bs. i would have rather let my loan go at that rate but no they wait till you deposit and screw you. speed up the verification cause this was unacceptable.

UPDATE: A rep has gotten back to me and has reinstated my loan that was liquidated due to circumstance so I really appreciate the extra help that was given as they had gone out of their way to make it a positive experience. Coinrabbit took responsibility even though they didn't have to. So I rated 5 stars for coinrabbit but I will rate 3 stars previous. 5 star for resolved issues stars due to that experience. This is a great platform and if the company will take responsibility I am more than appreciative. 5 stars for resolving the issue but I keep a 3.5 star because that one rep made it really really frustrating with no response. I thank coin rabbit for fixing the issue an will continue to use them as overall I have a positive experience with them.

I will keep the old review so people understand the situation and see that coinloan does care and not all reps are bad. Sometimes you got no choice. But they are willing to fix any issues.

My experience with Coinrabbit has been great. At the beginning I made some rookie mistake that Coinrrabit team fixed in no time. So was very impress with their professionalism though it was my mistake. The platform I found really easy to get your head around; especially for a newbie. My only issue at the moment is the constant depositing when repaying. I Would like to see Loan repayment options with collateral or available crypto. I think that would make it so much easier. Then the constant back and forth depositing that with the transferring fees that adds up. Otherwise everything has been smooth so far.

There are a lot of DeFi and lending options in the market, and I chose Coinrabbit because I prefer a way to communicate directly with a business rather than a faceless service. So far, the service has been excellent. I have raised two questions in the chat, which were responded to promptly by the customer service team.

Great platform , good customer service , i've now borrowed and repaid , assets were returned to my wallets quickly , would recommend Coinrabbit , always be aware when you borrow you can get liquidated , so i would recommend keeping loans below 80% ideally 60% or lower

Update: It has been over 24 hours and I still have one transaction pending. I have e-mailed support about it and they responded quickly the other day, and now they have not responded in 24 hours. I still didn't see anything about a 0.4% fee and it does not make sense that they do not disclose to customers the fee does not happen if you send collateral directly to the loan instead of the "wallet". That is confusing and makes it appear that it is a hidden fee. The wallet function can be skipped completely for customers looking only for a loan it seems.

Would love to give these guys a good review. Was excited to do business and exchange crypto so they make money. However, a few alarm bells going off unfortunately:

#1) They have a "wallet" for you to transfer crypto into. That has a $50 fee. Then, there is an origination fee if you get a loan. Now you can also transfer crypto to the loan directly, but they don't tell you that on the "wallet" page, so it's a double-dip of fees - $50 + $64 origination fee.

#2) I then sent from my "wallet" to the loan my XRP, and it has been ~3 hours and it still hasn't posted. This is even though XRP is instant. Now, I have missed an opportunity to buy XRP with the proceeds of the loan at a good price, and CoinRabbit missed an opportunity to make money from exchange.

#3) I have submitted a support ticket to cancel the loan and just return the XRP to my wallet so I can transfer it out if desired. I have now received no response. It is a sizeable amount of XRP.

Delaying withdrawals and hidden fees are not exactly what is all over YouTube and review websites. I will give you a day or so to sort this out, but I do think people should be aware of this all over YouTube and Reddit as this could cause major issues for people and is not what you advertise. You advertise No Hidden Fees and 5-10 minute loan funding.

I do not know why all the YouTube Crypto Influencers are not talking about this. I was using another lending platform that charged outrageous gas fees to do anything. This app has amazingly low gas fees and it is very fast. I recommend this app to everyone who wants to use their crypto as collateral to borrow even more crypto.
