Color Obstacle Rush Reviews 

After reading all the other reviews I was worried we’d paid for something terrible . But we booked the first wave of the day and it was brilliant ! There was water half way round, the staff was great and customer service was amazing , one member of the party was poorly but with some help we managed to defer her ticket to next year . We all had a brilliant time.

I wish I read the reviews before going cause I would never have signed up. What a waste of money.
When we arrived we queued for over an hour to register and missed our run time and when we got to registration nobody checked out tickets or t&cs that we were told on so many occasions was so important.
When we got through registration there was no guidance about where to go etc. When we did get to the start line there was no warm up just every person running through and starting straight away. There was nobody controlling the flow of people on the first two inflatables so there were too many people at once. Then at each obstacle the queue to get on was huge. We ended up walking between the obstacles cause there were too many people all at once. There were people whose run times were 1230,1 and 130 all going through at once so nothing was controlled. I've been to many runs, obstacle courses etc in the past and this was my worst experience.
The website was so misleading. It shows an amazing experience but it was absolutely shocking and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Didn’t even want to give one star! Took 30 of my students , what a disgrace it was! Badly organised , the obstacles was nothing but just jumping on inflatable obstacle! We had to wait 15 min every time we need to get in one! Water??? One station with 4 taps god knows where that water came from! I can be here for days writing about how bad this is was! PLEASE AVOID! If I would or read the reviews for sure I would have not done it! As a business owner in the sport industry this is surely a bad company that wants your MONEY! Ahh forgot to mention it was only 3k not event 5k as mentioned on website MISLEADING!

Grass had holes you co to Kd easily injure yourself!

I organised my run clubs annual event for 15 people and overall there were quite a few negatives this time which is was a shame.

To start, £7 for parking was expensive for what should have been 1 hours parking, this is unacceptable and taking advantage of the fact there's no local parking.

The timings were completely out, due to registration queues (not enough staff). Resignation didn’t check any waivers or ID. It was very unorganised. We had an 11:30 slot and didn't get to start until 12:45.

The course was only 3k not 5k and there were many holes in the grass which would make it dangerous to run solidly between each obstacle.

10 min + queues to go on each inflatable was a buzz killer, some of the queues were very long.

The inflatables absolutely stunk like a farm, they had horse manure and hay in them which meant they were not cleaned before the event.

The staff throwing the paint were good fun!

Lastly, we didn't get a badge at the end!!

I wouldn't say it was good value for money.

Wasn't worth the money, badly organised, waited 1hr to get in, they didn't even check the terms and conditions or id, and after that waiting 15mins in a queue to get on a few of the inflatables should of been called colour standstill not run, some of the inflatables had nobody maning them so just sacks of dry paint for people to help thereselves too, food trucks ran out of drinks. Portaloos had no loo paper or somewhere to wash ur hands, just hand sanertiser which u have to touch by pressing after hundreds of other people!!
Brighton racecourse

Just got back from the Brighton racecourse one today.
What a waste of money. Reason for this:
This is not a 5k track-2.7k!
Obstacles were disgusting and stank of poo-clearly been used in the wet and not even sprayed or brushed off.
Only 2 people spraying paint in the whole of the course
Queue to check in took us 1hour
There’s no water obstacles (unless you count the brown water seeping up through the inflatables) -one with a little bit of foam.
Had fun because we were with friends but honestly, waste of money

It has been more than a year and I am still being played by the Customer service that they will reimburse 6 tickets. They moved the event to a completely different dat and place and still not reimbursing me! This company is a total fraud! Stay away

Badly arranged! I've been mailing since April to get 60 euros back from an event they moved. Again and again you hear 'we are working on it.' After emailing again that my patience has run out, they only now ask for my IBAN, because they say it is not known. Ridiculous! All those 7 people I emailed before with, lied when they said 'it will be arranged, but it will take longer due to crowds'. After half a year I am still waiting for my refund!

Don't book here!
Same happened to my daughter. Still waiting for the refund after 7 emails, chatbots and confirmation. Still the € 60,- has not been paid back.

It’s a fraud ! They rescheduled the event and I couldn’t go, it was not my fault. They confirmed that they will refund me (email as a proof), they never did. I sent many emails, they did not answer. I wrote a comment on their social media, they blocked me ! I will continue to write negative reviews until I get my money back !

THEY ARE A FRAUD. I'm waiting for my money back because they rescheduled the event at the time I could not go! IT WAS NOT MY FAULT. I have emailed them many times, and the answer is always the same. "be patient, the payment will be in two weeks" I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE APRIL.

WHAT A SHAME!

Worst company and customer service ever. Had bought tickets to go to the Amsterdam event in April 2022. However, they had decided to reschedule to a later date in July 2022. Unfortunately, my group wasn’t available on the new date, therefore I contacted them to ask if a refund was possible. They initially agreed to this without any issues, so I patiently awaited my refund.

However, over the past several months I have contacted them COUNTLESS times by email, their chatbot and via Facebook chat. Every time I get the same response; “they are still working on the refund and to be patient a little longer”. It’s absolutely ridiculous for a refund to take this long (now 4 months and counting). I’m so fed up with these scam artists. What I’ve seen so far online, I’m not the only one experiencing these issues. BE WARE: DO NOT buy tickets from them unless you like to waste money and to be strung along.

Asking for refund since december 2021. Every time; Thank you for your patience, you will receive it within 2 weeks. Still waiting and hoping for the refund....

I ordered and paid for 2 skirts for the event in Ghent. They should have been available for pick up during the event. When I arrived (first time slot by the way) it seems that the skirts were sold out (total lie as they were never ordered - how can you run out of items that were pre-ordered??). The staff told me that I'm entitled for a refund of the skirts and that I needed to reach out to the service department. I already contacted them several times without any luck of course. When you check other reviews, it's clear that they are just simple thieves. It is unacceptable that this event still can take place. But looking at the amount of negative feedback, I'm sure it will die a slowely dead...

Because they changed venue I can't participate unfortunaly. I want to get my money back for me and my kids, but they say that thats not possible. In Dutch law you can cancel contract if something changes.

They don't refund, don't answer emails and don't follow the laws. It's a scam all over. Dont fall for it!

This company are robbing people of their money, I booked my event May 2020 which was cancelled because of covid it was moved to 2021 then cancelled and they said it would be July 2022, I have not heard anything back from them I’ve sent numerous emails and posts on social media but have had no reply.
They even blocked me from commenting on their Facebook page.
Please avoid this company if you want to do something for charity please to @canceruk
I am so annoyed that they have done this to so many people who just wanted to raise money for a good cause. 😡

Absolute thieving scumbags. Took all of our money. Tried to change date and unable to do so. No refunds. Avoid at all costs. This company should be ashamed of themselves!

like every one else, cancelled due to Covid, trying to get money back a joke, you just can't find a contact number or email just a stupid robot !!!
DO NOT BOOK THIS AND TELL EVERYONE ELSE !!!
