It was a lovely very well organised event. The T-shirts were very nice and good quality too.. we all had a great time..would highly recommend to try

Great fun. Long queue to get in so we set off 30 mins later than we had booked, but it didn't really matter.
The obstacles were fab & most of the colour-throwers were enthusiastic which made it more fun. We were a pair of glasses short & tried to buy a pair but they had run out. I think, considering you for need to be wearing glasses, a pair should be included in the cost as it isn't exactly cheap! Well worth it and I will definitely be re-booking for next year. Worth buying a few extra colour packets too, if you are able.

Unfortunately I had to cancel due to Covid. I tried to contact them on Facebook and Instagram since Jun21 and no answer. All I wanted to do is to move it to next year. Did it in June and still no reply or promised voucher code.

Just be aware that they don't do refunds and you'll be told to transfer your tickets to next year's events. Because of covid this year my event got moved to a day when my group could not do and we all could not attend. Some people's circumstances have changed now, others can't do the days available and the rest of us don't want to commit to something that quite frankly we aren't too keen to do anymore because of the lack of information given this year and the poor customer service. I keep messaging because we need the refund or we are out nearly £200 but they just ignore the messages.

Just had a fab time at the Nottingham run - staff were really friendly and helpful. Good fun for all the family.

I had a date booked and paid for on 16th May 2021 which they cancelled and have bit had any contact with me despite me leaving 3 emails regarding this. Their customer service is shocking and I will not be excepting another date off them.. they have til 9th June to return the money to my bank account or I'll claim it back off the credit it card. Disgusting

I entered a race for 2021 and got an email to say that it will be rescheduled in July. I am unable to attend any date in July so have tried to get a refund. However, there is no way of contacting anyone and their robot doesn't work. They say in FAQs that you can transfer to any location but I'm not travelling hours to another location just to do this run.
