Color Obstacle Rush Reviews 

Cancelled our event due to covid (fair enough) and we were moved to an event the year after which we didn’t want but apparently there was no other option apart from losing our money. I couldn’t go the year after as I had not long given birth and the day didn’t work for other members of our group. I was told again that there are no refunds and that if we can’t make it to the new date, we would have to pay £10 per person to change our tickets to an event the following year, however there was no event local to us the following year. We decided to go for it anyway as we would lose £88 if we didn’t so filled out the excessive paperwork and submitted it, but never heard anything back. Luckily we had not paid the extra money yet. Guess they were happy with just stealing our £88 as they had loads of money that they had scammed off other people as well. They simply stopped replying to any form of contact we tried to make and then after a while when I tried to log in on their website it said my booking reference was not found and I had no booking, as if it never existed. I figure we were lucky only be ripped off £88 as I’ve heard others have had not only their ticket money stolen but also the money they had collected for charity for the run. A vile business that is happily and openly breaking EU consumer laws.

Soooo my message on messenger.....Hi what is the contact number for colour rush please I've been messaging with bot and had responses but they have been irrelevant and unhelpful.
I would like to speak with someone please....THEY HAVENT AT ANYTIME GIVEN A CONTACT NUMBER YET....
So we went all the way to Milton Keynes event.
We had the 1.30pm slot.
We started and to our disappointment the obstacles were either deflated or deflating. We let one of the guys knows that we are the last ones why are they being deflated we heard him radio this in but this made no difference as we approached each one they were all deflated apart from 2 in total.
They knew we were the last ones and we even had our belongings at the place were we paid. I don't expect to pay just over £192 to be disappointed like this. We came from along way too so that's more cost in time and petrol.
We would like our money back for an event that didn't actually happen for us please.
Now they are totally ignoring me on messenger.

1 star as I cannot give none. This company are theives, NO NOT BOOK. I booked for in 2019, cancelled due to covid. This was understandable. However, it was made law to refund any events that had been cancelled, NO MATTER what the T&C say. They refuse to refund, I'm still waiting to receive the nearly £150.00 from them. They block you from their FB page too. They have thousands of pounds from many people and charities that they refuse to return. The CEO wears a balaclava with a black and white striped jumper. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

All staff brilliant with my daughter's autism, all really understanding and kind which made the whole experience great for both of us, she was disappointed at no medal at the end but aside from that wanted to say well done and thank you. Did read that medals no longer done as not environmentally friendly etc, would be lovely if with some research and creative thinking something else could be given out at the end as a special momento/keepsake of the day and achievement?

It was good but few things bug me like lack of medal at end and lack of sign saying second water station is at music area (miss it since I was going straight home.) and bandana is completely different from what being advertised on their store page. I loved design on store page but one I got I wasn't fan of.

Color rush staff were fantastic obstacles were great fun .it was z fun day .
Had an issue with a security guards behaviour towards us ...he was security but actually a troublemaker rush manager handled it as well as they could but left us with a tainted day
But on the whole 😁😁😁😁😁

Very disappointed, too few obstacles, some very pointless, no photographers, staff could barely be bothered to throw any colour on you, no great cannons exploding or discos or music stations like advertised.. Spaced too far apart, queue for an hour to get admitted and on top of that you have to pay for parking, to put your coats in and pay for powder.. Never again. :(

Does not even deserve one star. 18 nurses booked this for charity and they changed the date to a date we cannot make and they will not refund . Avoid at all costs.

Wouldn't give it any stars absolutely shocking for a charity. Moved the event from Cardiff to Chepstow which is to far away for us? Requested a refund and they said it be refund in 2/3 days. 8 weeks later no refund and are now ignoring my emails and bolt chats. This should never be allowed for a charity to pocket money like this makes you wonder where the charity money is going it's a joke. This is happening to a lot of people and is not acceptable shocking !!!!!!!!

Didn't even want to give one star. Moved the date of the event which myself & friends now cannot make. Offered alternative more than 160 miles away. Refused to refund, despite UK law saying they must. Have ignored polite requests for refunds. Have ignored us via their published customer complaints procedure. Avoid at all costs.

Awful like so many others cancelled our date to a date I couldn’t make and refused to refund. Avoid avoid avoid. They have taken money from charitable organisations and won’t refund them. Scam organisation.

Last year was alot better at Newbury. This year was very disappointing, only one water station which is ridiculous when it's hot. Foam pit was just pointless . And no finishing medal . Also the time we eventually go in , they had sold out of most products like the sun glasses.

This was poor compared to the previous one I did a few years ago. I wouldn't call the inflatables an obstacle, there were no finishing medals and the whole thing felt like it was thrown together last minute, was very disappointing and believe there website is extremely misleading to what you actually get. To top it off the vendors were stupidly priced and they had 1 water station. I won't be doing it again, last time was bigger, got more in your swag bag, a medal, and finished off on a huge slide into foam and fun

I attended at Windsor 7th May, there was a group of 4 of us and we had swag bags, so happy with the sunglasses and bandana as very necessary - would recommend getting the early bird ticket and getting the bag. Loved the free t-shirt. Shame the foam machine wasn't working when we went round, would have liked more colour stations but all in all we have a great day and would recommend anyone to try - for all abilities no need to run if you didn't want to.

Completed the colour run on Saturday in Windsor with friends. A really fun event, chilled environment and some impressive photos to show off!

It was great fun but I think that was more to do with the group I was with.
There were fewer obstacles than I expected and a couple were boring. The penultimate obstacle looked like it should spray colour or foam or something but it was just an inflatable enclosure that you entered, walked through and then came out of the other side.
Another, you just stepped over for someone to throw colour over you, but they had run out of coloured powder.

There was also a real lack of colour - there were very few coloured powder stations throughout the event.

Could have done with an extra water station.

I didn't see the need for the parking charge, given that we had already paid for tickets and the parking was still at the racecourse anyway.

Family that came to watch had a very boring experience as they could only see the very beginning, very end.

It was a fun experience, but there is room for improvement.

I had a great time at the Windsor color obstacle rush on the 7th of May 22. I agree with previous comments that more water Station should have been available as the colour was in powder form and did kind of get in your mouth and nose. It was also a shame we had to pay an additional £5 to park as it was on the same event space so just felt that this was purely an economic opportunity but the event itself was light-hearted fun and I definitely would do that again or recommend it to any friends going as a group or even as a small couple.
Dress up be prepared to get very be prepared to get very dirty so take clothes that you don't mind throwing out And as the email stated to show with a smile

I attended the 7th of May 2022 event in Windsor with two friends and it was great!
We're mixed-level fitness and it was nice to see the inclusiveness where some people were running and some walking and all ages.
The obstacles were so much fun! It was a bit messy with the grass having been recently mowed and it drizzled a bit that morning but it is what it is.
Parking was easy with plenty of spaces and security and other staff super friendly and organised.
Signposting could have been better, nothing on the main road and only once you had turned off and were pretty much on top of the carpark there was a sign which didn't make much sense...
The only thing I didn't like was that there was only one water station, at the halfway point. With all that powder getting everywhere it was uncomfortable (even with a face covering) so another couple of stations wouldn't have gone astray. It's such an easy thing to fix so hopefully they'll get that added soon.
I would love to do it again!
