Delivery was arranged quickly and easily, prices are decent and the quality of the rads is great.

I ordered 2 raw metal radiators which came within a few days, the delivery time was confirmed efficiently by friendly staff.
The radiators look amazing and are perfect for my hall and dining room re-vamp.

Despite countless CCTV and beware of the dog signs, the deliver driver thought it acceptable to open the front door of my home and enter without permission.
In the process a limited edition ornament was broken.
I called Column rads to lodge a complaint and was given a different number of where the radiators had been dispatched. This confused me as despite placing my order with column Rads they supplied my good through a third party and as such passed on all responsibilities.
I then spent the whole afternoon waiting
For a return call. I called column rads again at 5pm who managed to get the depot to call me.
I spoke to the manager who was rude and abrupt stating that the deliver drivers sometimes as a favour would enter a home, we ended the conversation with the manger putting the phone down on me.
The product may of been cheap but the service and deliver driver entering my home without permission goes to show cheap us not always acceptable.
I have never had a deliver driver enter my home without permission or indeed a company feeling this is acceptable.
My Advise SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Received great service, good communication with Tamworth store. Although at first incorrect colour of decorative feet were delivered. Was rectified with delivery the following day. Would recommend.

The service received was excellent. Once I had placed my order I was sent an email confirming receipt of the order swiftly followed by another giving me a delivery date. The radiator was supplied within a few days of my order; it's exactly what I needed to replace an ageing bathroom radiator. Good value product delivered to the door!

Ordered two column radiators with trv valves. This package was cheaper then purchasing separately. Ordered Friday and delivered Tuesday. Radiators are beautiful not fitted yet due to decorating but can't wait. Will be changing the radiators throughout the house and will be ordering from this company again.
