odd socks!
Be aware. Sold in singles as oppose to pairs. Every other site sells them in pairs. My fault. Should've checked. Silly me! I'm a plumber btw so obviously should have known better. Would've been nice if they'd have queried it on initial order tho. Then I wouldn't have had to pay the delivery again 😡

Thanks for the review, apologies for the confusion however it is described on the website as a 'single Evolve HP 15mm fully chrome corner lockshield'. We often get orders for single radiator valves so it is not something we would usually query.

I ordered 3 radiators and awaited news on delivery date, after several days I arrived home to an answer phone message timed at 10.30 saying the radiators would be delivered within 30 mins, this was the first I had heard about delivery, so I checked in the porch and the outside area for any signs of attempted delivery, there was NONE, I checked my emails and found I had a message from the company stating that as I had not been in, that I would have to wait another week and pay an extra delivery charge, I called the company and cancelled my order.
This company really needs to sort out delivery and not try to con customers with lies and asking for extra delivery costs

We use our own transport for deliveries of radiators and do not send out any order without first booking the delivery date with the customer by phone. We gave the date, and a telephone number to call on the mowrning of delivery to enable our customers to get a better idea of time. Without this contact, we do not send out deliveries. That is why when we make a delivery and no one is in, we need to charge for a missed delivery.
Good Experience
I ordered a number of radiator components from this firm as they looked good value. I have not been disappointed! The TRV's and other accessories arrived promptly and are actually better than they look on the website. I will certainly use this firm again

Fantastic Service
I'm a Plumber and needed certain radiator asap. from ordering to delivery I was kept up to date and delivered when they said they would.

After looking at the local shops, the quality was poor, ordered these not expecting the best as they were so cheap, however the quality of the rad's was so much better. Would recommend and have done to friends. Good job column rad's

Excellent quality, great service.
I ordered the largest 3 column radiator, which arrived in perfect condition. Delivered to my home address which my partner collected, the driver was happy to carry the radiator inside (as very heavy) and put it where asked. The customer I fitted the radiator for was very pleased with the finished product. All around quality service and product.
