Happy with the product and quick delivery

It was only when I had agreed to purchase that I was told I had to be in to sign for the radiator. Needless to say that was not convenient and after a few days of hearing nothing I phoned up to be told that an attempt had been made to deliver the radiator but no one was in to sign for it. I was told that I had been sent an email to inform me that a second attempt was being made. That was factually incorrect as no such email had been received. I was also told that the delivery driver would have put a note through my door, no such note received. I cancelled the order but was told that the delivery charge would be with held but I disputed that as no delivery had been made. Finally it was agreed that a full refund would be made but when I checked my bank account I discovered that the delivery charge had been with held. This is nothing less than theft. I would have pursued the company through the small claims court however the cost of registering a complaint was more than the with held charge so I decided to put it down to experience though I was very tempted to pay the registration fee and devil take the hindmost. Use this company at your peril.

I had to decide on the new radiators in a hurry. It was a shot in the dark and I hoped for the best. I was really thrilled when they came. The silver ones are sort of stripy,which doesn't show in the pictures, but I just love them. They suit the house and are much admired. Cannot fault the service either.

I shopped around and on price and selection Columnrads were clearly the best website. My beautiful raw metal vertical radiator arrived promptly and we are delighted with it. Brilliant service, we will certainly be using them again in the future - do not hesitate to do so yourself!

First time i had used Column Rads, purchased a rad over the internet it arrived a few days later, it turned out i had ordered the wrong size ie the wrong way round, phoned them up they had no issues with exchanging the rad for what i had required, Good price good service.

Even when we had a little hiccup with our 'third' order - first two spot on, it was no trouble to sort it and done so very efficiently! Subsequently we have placed a further two orders!

We are really pleased with the radiators, they look really good, stylish and contemporary but still retain a nod to the past without being over pricey. We checked and sought advice in order to buy the right size radiators for our rooms and they work brilliantly, and the rooms are really warm. The only difference I have noticed compared to basic white radiators is that when they are fully on they don't feel as hot to touch as basic white ones, but this does not impact the heat they generate to warm a room.

First time dealings with the company and would happily use again. Customer service was excellent.

Top quality , looks the business

We are really happy with the column radiators, have installed them in two rooms now and plan to use them in more rooms in the near future. They look good and give out a lot of heat as the surface area is more than a conventional radiator of a similar size.
