I ordered a pair of shoes for each of my granddaughters. It took 6 weeks for the order to arrive. When it did arrive, one pair was not what I ordered. It took two months of back-and-forth messages before Comfy shoes decided to give me a 20% discount or a full refund. However, in order to receive the full refund, I would have to pay for insured shipping back to Comfy. Oh, then Comfy tells me that they closed their shop in the US and I had to ship the shoes to China. I therefore decided to take the 20% discount. Now it has been over 3 months of back-and-forth messages, and I still have not received my refund.

I also should have read reviews! Lesson learned. First of all, I paid for expedited shipping and it still took a month to get here. Then I opened the boxes(2pair) and sequins are already laying in both boxes. It looks like they just put glue all over the shoes and dipped them in sequins. Many are face down, flat side up. Both pair are supposed to be toddler sizes and I can almost wear the larger of the two. It will be years before they can wear these. Wasted that $80! Buyer Beware!

I should of read the reviews also. They say between 7 to ten days. I know now that will not happen. I belive the credit card company. To take the responsibility. Visa should make real companys use there credit. Not companys that will give y a song and dance. Will contest the money and ask they refund it back to my account. William jones

Should have read reviews before even attempting to purchase something from them. Order has been at an international airport for a couple of weeks, have no idea if I’m going to get shoes or not. Email response is always the order has been shipped, asked for a refund and nothing but crickets since. This company should not even be allowed to operate as a business, thieves would be a better name for them

HUGE SCAM! Don't order!! I am kicking myself for not checking the reviews of this business before ordering. They took about 6 weeks to ship my order, which did not contain any sort of packing slip and was the incorrect item. I notified them and they said I would need to PAY to send the item back to China from the US. Shipping costs would not be refunded. Once they received the item then they would issue a refund. Why would they expect me to do this? What a scam!

SCAM. My credit card was stolen after buying from this company. Do not buy from them.

They should offer a zero star option for these clowns!

Haven’t received my son shoes yet it’s been over two months and when I try to contact them they never respond or gave me my money back . This site is a SCAM!!!!!!!’ Please do not buy from them !!! SCAMMERS

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. It takes forever to receive the merchandise and forget about exchange or refund! They ship from China and expect you to pay for return postage. Their sizing is not US and very hard to figure out so chances are you will be receiving the wrong size and will have to return or exchange which will become a nightmare and end badly!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely a waste of time and money. Horrible quality! Shoes look nothing like the website. I wouldn’t even feel right about donating these to Goodwill. They’re going straight in the trash. The glow/light up shoes I received literally have fishnet holding them together. Straight from China and took over a month to receive. Save your time and money

Absolute joke. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I placed my first order, only one pair out of four pairs ordered were correct.
Customer service have been stringing me along for over a month, promising it will be resolved …yet nothing happens.
I also paid extra for expedited shipping, and it took 6 weeks.

This company is a fraud and terrible customer service. Not only did it take 3 weeks for item to ship but order came incorrectly. I ordered my kids Mickey shoes for Disney and some other character I never heard of came. They would only give me a partial refund and said I had to pay shipping back to China to get a refund. I will be reporting this company!

I purchased a pair of shoes from this company in September or October of 2024…saving them for my daughter’s birthday in December. When I realized in January that they were too big, I reached out to request an exchange, fully aware that I was past the 30-day return window. I was willing to cover shipping costs and just needed an address since I no longer had the original packaging, though the shoes were unworn.

The first customer service rep assured me that I could return them for an exchange. However, after multiple emails with different reps, I kept getting mixed responses—first some hope, then rigid policy explanations. Eventually, they said they couldn’t exchange the shoes after all. They offered a discount code but didn’t include it in the email. When I asked for it, I received yet another response just repeating their return policy.

The entire experience was frustrating, with no clear communication or resolution. Customer service seemed uncoordinated, and there was no corporate contact number—only email support, which felt like dealing with a bot. Save yourself the hassle, money, and time. No refunds, no exchanges, just stress. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Absolute SCAM of a company. Never even received my order. What an absolute joke don’t order from them

What a fraud, joke, & scam this site is! In good faith I ordered my grandkids each a pair of dress up sparkly shoes for Christmas, different colors, different sizes. They sent both in the same size. Since then, I have emailed several times to no avail. Save yourself the trouble & DO NOT order from these scammers!!!

HORRIBLE COMPANY!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the product that this company has produced. These boots look like an arts and crafts product. The boots do not remotely resemble the boots on the website. The quality is, for lack of a better word, POOR. I will never wear them and I’d be too embarrassed to give them away. I requested a full refund. They want me to mail them back to CHINA even though they were shipped from a NY address. The shipping alone costs more than the actual purchase. NEVER AGAIN! You’ve been warned. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Only 4 star because of the time frame. These are shoes that you have to order weeks in advance. They will come, just weeks later but the shoes so darn cute, it can pass for 4 stars

Scam!!! Do not order from here they are a rip off I ordered a pair of shoes December 17, 2024 and still have not received them. There is no phone number to call only an email address that no one ever answers besides the generic below message they never address your issues. You never get an other message besides the below and I have been emailing since 1/13/25

I ordered my grandson 3 yrs old his only request from Santa a pair of light up spiderman shoes for Christmas. I paid just under 20 dollars extra for expedited shipping. I was under the impression I was ordering from an American company. Well here we are 1 month after placing my order and the chinese company got me. I have not received anything other than a shipping email 2 day before Christmas. No response to emails no help no contact just a big F*** you from the chinese. Fraudulent disgusting and absolutely sickening. SAVE YOUR MONEY TIME AND ENERGY BUY FROM A REPUTABLE NON chinese COMPANY. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. I RECENTLY HEARD ON A WELL KNOWN AND RESPECTED NATIONAL RADIO SHOW THAT THE chinese government RUNS ALL BUSINESSES IN china.
