I placed an order on April 20th your statement said that the after 7 days to respond and you would get it ordered well nothing has happened you do not respond to any of my emails so please do not order from this company because they are a scam they took $23 from me and I have not received the money back

I had to say honestly, after reading the reviews, I was very nervous the shoes would not ever arrive & if they did, they would not look as if they did in advertising. WE ARE SO IN LOVE WITH THESE BARBIE SHOES! DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT!

Would give 0 stars if I could. My sister sent me this link to Comfy Children Shoes, to order my nephew Spider-Man sandals he wanted for his birthday. I placed the order on 3/16/24. They charged me $9.00 for shipping to arrive in 7-10 days and then GAVE themselves a tip upon checking out. Today is 4/22/24, and I just got the sandals. It took 38 days to arrive and we did not have the shoes for my nephews birthday. Also, they are NOT what we ordered. The box arrived damaged and the shoes have little monster images and NOT Spider-Man. I can’t even find a shoe size on it so I don’t know if they will fit. They also look very cheap, so they probably won’t hold up at all. I am mad to have paid this much for the wrong cheap shoes, and for having to wait over a month for my order. But I’m even more frustrated knowing my 4 year old nephew will be disappointed because this is not what he wanted. There was a piece of small paper inside with Chinese writing, which is great because everybody can read Chinese. On their site it has a phone number and address which say they are a US company but they are NOT. All contacts are fake. I even tried to email them but got no response. If could send them back I would but I know I will never receive a refund.

I don't even need to write anything as all other reviews have covered it.
I ordered in march. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't exist. I tried to call the number on the website. It doesn't exist. I have emailed at least 12 times and no email back. I can't even get a refund as I receive no correspondence back. Never buy from them

Worst company ever! I ordered a pair of shoes on February 19, 2024 after a half dozen emails asking where my order was, (you get an automated email back) I finally received them on April 6, 2024. I will NEVER order from them again. Shoes are cheaply made. Made and shipped from China.

I only rate as a 1 only because it won’t allow me to state a review. This is the worst experience I have had to deal with. I placed my order #7409, on March 2,3024. Order was to take 7-10 business days to deliver and nothing has been delivered to date. Contact phone number (978) 793-2645 does not exist. Emailed several times and no response. I want my refund as this is a non trusting company.

It’s crazy I ordered my son shoes on FEBRUARY 4 and haven’t gotten them yet and when you email them they have some manually email that they just sent out,gave me a tracking number it coming up error please don’t order from this website it’s a ripoff and scam sad what people do

Total scam operation. You are dealing with a Chinese manufacturer that will offer you no assistance in resolving your problem. One order was received after being notified by the local post office that the postmark on the package was counterfeit. Had to go to the post office and pay the postage due even though I paid it at the time of the order. Second package never arrived and I am getting no satisfaction in getting the matter resolved. Total hassle, total scam, total ripoff!

Ordered shoes 6 weeks ago.
Every email I send bounces back with an 'undelivered'.
I've writen to all the email addresses associated with the company. All I wanted was an ETA of order #6100 but .... nothing.

Do not trust the vendor absoluty unsatisfied. Placed an order 2 months ago and have not received anything reached out to company for refund and they refused to refund the money. Contact number is false does not work . Save yourself the stress and loss by shopping some where else .

Save yourself a headache and do not order from this place Total scam nothing but lies from CHINA.
Also when I said do not send this item and I asked for refund they said there was no such account under my name which is a big lie I have the bank receipt to prove it the. They won't give money back they will steal from you do not order from this company I'm going to put this on every website that I can. please spread the word do not get ripped off like I did nothing but lies lies lies. They claim to be out of Canada that's a lie because it's a phony address that they give and a phony phone number that they give this is a complete scam don't fall for it please save yourself the hassle...
For this reason right here I do not order from China. I didn't even order anything in the first place they hacked into my tablet when I went online I looked at their products withthat alone they somehow got into my tablet took over my tablet just avoid this website. Just visiting the website they will hack your computer... They even gave themselves the $3 tip and they get and they put $20 extra charge for expedited delivery 3 to 5 days and that never happened I don't even have kids and somehow children shoes were ordered on my tablet just because I went to the website and I was just looking I just surfing the web and I ended up on this website and regretted ever since..

Absolutely TERRIBLE in every way. My son found a pair of shoes on a Google search that he wanted sooo badly, so I decided to order them for Christmas against my better judgment. It said they would arrive in 2 weeks, which would have been December 10. They got here January 11. And they sent a different color than what I ordered.

He wore them until Feb 2, and they are completely, totally destroyed. There is a gaping hole in the toe of one shoe and a huge TEAR through the sole of the other. Both soles are worn down and deteriorated as if they are a year old, and he literally only wore them for 3 weeks!! I kid you not, these are hands down the worst garbage shoes ever made. We are shoe shopping again today, but not from this website.

Just contacted their customer service again after waiting for 2 months for my order. They didn’t give any estimated arrival time or offer money refund…nothing!! This is clearly a scam! Avoid!!!!

Ordered a pair of shoes some time ago and have not heard back from them. Tracking number says incorrect, phone number goes to voicemail, and no return of email. I believe this to be a scam website. Applied for my money back through PayPal protection.
