Ordered a pair of shoes for our granddaughter and had it shipped to them direct. A pair of shoes arrive but in the wrong size. Checked their website and said they offer a 30 day return policy and to email them.

I have sent numerous emails and no reply. Was able to get their phone number from our credit card company, but phone number does not let you reach anyone to talk to!

Still haven’t received the shoes I ordered for my son and you can’t get ahold of anyone🤬

I ordered my children sneakers in the correct sizes, they came VISIBLY smaller. When I reached out they informed me that according to their charts they sent the right size.
For a refund you have to send it back to China (which you don’t even realise you’re ordering from) and that costs more than the order itself. Literally throwing money away. Not to mention the back and forth over weeks that are wasted because they are slow to respond.
Their listings also show hundreds of 5 star reviews- but they aren’t actual reviews it’s just an image. You can’t leave a review on their site.

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes. 2 Frozen dress shoes and 1 pair of Frozen boots. September 1, 2024. The package arrived about 6 weeks later. I tried to cancel the order but no one responded to my email to customer service. The tracking number was in a foreign language and the link didn't work. I received 3 pairs of shoes in a taped together package. The Frozen boots were not in the taped up package. One pair of shoes was obviously the wrong size. The pictures of Elsa inside the shoes are not clear, and they look like a knockoff. I have been trying to get a refund for 2 of the shoes. I have been disputing this for months with customer service and my VISA credit card company and they are stating I received everything I ordered. Now they want pictures of the packing slip (which was written in Chinese) so I surely didn't keep it. STAY AWAY!! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUD.

Terrible!! Ordered two pairs of shoes for Christmas presents early October - total cost $120 and not received!! Emailed multiple times with no response! Waste of money - do not purchase from this company!! Total scam.

I ordered a pair of boots on Nov 3., got a tracking number from Fed Ex. Still to this day Nov. 23, my boots were never delivered. I will not order from this site again.

The size shoe that I received was not the size I ordered and was too big. I tried to exchange it and they would not give me a return label or even a return address! Then they said that they had a different company contact me via e-mail, and they also refused to give me any way to return the shoes. Yes, it IS a scam!

They sent me the wrong shoes and are asking me to send the ones I received back to China for a refund or replacement. The shipping charge would be more than the refund. You can also see when you look closely at the website that the reviews are fake. You cannot actually click on or read the reviews and their #1 Seller banner is clearly cut and pasted directly from Amazon. This company sells knockoffs and is a complete scam.

If I could give no starts I would. I ordered rhinestone dressing shoes for my daughter and they claimed they where delivered. When I messaged them that about not receiving anything and how they didn't even provide me with a tracking number. So they said we will ship out your order. So what was it? Was it delivered or just claimed to be delivered and when i requested tracking info they said they would ship out my order. So a month later an order arrives and they are some winnie the pooh air force max shoes. I ordered gold and Marron rhinestone mary Jane shoes and got something complety different. I messaged them and they said the order was right. So I sent pics of my order and product sent. Their solution refund 20% of product or ship the shoes back. Shipping is worth the same as these shoes. They offer no good solution. How can they get the order wrong and send out something completely different? And then require you to pay for shipping for their mistake!

I ordered shoes from this website and it took a couple weeks to get them in the mail. they were too small. i emailed them about switching out for a larger size, but since their company is based in China they required me to pay the shipping - about the same cost as the shoes themselves, around $30. I emailed several times back and forth saying this is ridiculous, their website and order form said nothing of the sort. the response time is incredibly slow - sometimes taking over a week to hear back. the only thing the could offer me was 15% back refund. i reluctantly agreed to it, but i never recieved the refund. i followed up a month later, and its now been over a week since i asked about the refund. do not buy from this website.

Ordered a pair of shoes, all info provided was accurate as far as shipping times. It took about 3 weeks for them to arrive at my doorstep which is fairly decent coming from China. It was easy to track with the provided tracking service, you just have to be patient. Only reason this isn't 5 stars is because I didn't receive the exact shoe design presented in the photo. Still, I was happy if not happier with what I received instead. FYI I ordered the blue/orange soft toddler shoe size 5C and received a black/orange pair. Besides that, the size was correct and the product is quality.

I ordered a pair of Pokemon shoes for my son not realizing they were coming straight from China. I waited a month for them to arrive and they sent a pair of girls Winnie the Pooh shoes instead. So beyond frustrating. All the review on their website are just photoshopped in.

Horrible company! SCAMMERS!!!! WARNING!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! Ordered 2 pair of shoes and only received one and they would not send me the other pair I paid for, or give me my money back. I wish I had read the other reviews before I purchased. Learned a lesson. They are in China also.

I never received the items that I ordered. Their claim was that the shoes were shipped but the ship date on my receipt is May 28th, 2024 and the day they claim the items were received is May 6th, 2024. I would say they are a fraudulent business

It's strange that there's 3 good reviews and not just any reviews but 5 star and each one of them are for the shoe advertised, the barbie ones. It makes me wonder if it is actual customers. Also, as a POV any site that's pops up through snap chat do your research before ordering because it's full of scam adds

HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF SITE! I would rate them a zero if I had that option, they don't even deserve a 1 star. They wouldn't ship my item and kept asking me to add additional postage charge for faster mailing and I wouldn't. I then said "cancel my order NOW" and all of a sudden I got a reply that they couldn't because my item was all of a sudden sent. Well, now my item is sitting at the post office asking for more postage due to fraudulent postage and I find out they tried to charge my card for more postage and they couldn't because I cancelled my card.Thank God I did. I emailed the company and said that I am not paying again for postage and to credit me the extra postage so I can get my item and they have not replied to my multiple request. They are ignoring my email request now.AWFUL company to deal with.

Not only have I not received any info on shipping your promotion ads to my email is repetitive with useless info it's the worst I have ever had to my email address wish I never ordered from this company!!!!!

I have waited over a month for a purchase the tracking this company gave claiming the United States Post Office would deliver and had delivered was a lie after contacting the post office and making a trip to the post office which said that the tracking number can not be tracked through them. Never received my order and requested a refund now no response. Now I have to go through my bank to cancel this SCAM!!!!!

I want to return my purchase. Emailed three times and no response. I need a return lable.
