The company is a scam!! They ship you a completely different shoe than in the image on the site. Not to mention the quality of the shoe pictured vs the one received is also night and day. The shoes are of the poorest quality and never resemble the one you actually purchased and then!! They have the nerve to tell you that you need to pay for return shipping for their mistake..then they will refund you IF they receive the product back.. they do not provide a return label but they do provide all kinds of complicated return shipping directions to ship to China, so they might not even get the goods back. So now you have paid for the original product, the original shipping cost and return shipping and might not ever get a refund bc they never receive the return goods bc of the crazy return instructions. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS

I PURCHASED MY GRANDAUGHTER OR ATLEAST I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING MY HER SOME BIRTHDAY SHOES AND I NEVER RECEIVED THEM AND I JUST KEPT EMAILING AND GETTING THE SAME THING. YOUR ORDER IS ON ITS WAY FOR 44 DAYS AND THE WEBSITE SAYS THAT I SHOULD GET MY ORDER IN 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS!!!

Never got the shoes and of course, no refund

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter and I received only one. I emailed them but not luck. I’m trying to communicate with them for like 4 months now. Big scammers

I ordered 2 pairs of the Elsa Princess shoes for birthday gifts. They arrived and were way too large. I contacted customer service several times to exchange them, but only heard back once requesting a photo of the shoes and the size. I sent them that, and have contacted then 2 more times with no reply. I spent $59.00, and these shoes are worthless to me. Very poor customer service.

I would give this "business" zero stars if i could. Ordered shoes over 2 weeks ago and still havent received them. I've attempted to reach out to them 3 times with no response. SCAM!!!!

Shoes were awful! On the first order instead of spiderman on the shoes it was spidermam. Then on the 2nd order it said Winnie the Dooh instead of Winnie the Pooh! Reached out and no response!

I placed 2 orders from them, the second order was placed and received before I got the first order which took about 3-4 weeks. I ordered 2 of the same shoes each time because I was ordering for my twin grands. The first order only one pair of shoes arrived. They offered me a credit but I don’t want anything else from them. It was a waste of money for me.

Don't waste your time. I ordered a product that my daughter really wanted, had to follow up with them 3x because it hadn't shipped yet more than two weeks after I placed my order. Every time I reached out, it took several days for someone to get back to me with a totally canned, nonsensical response. Finally, they confirmed that the product was out of stock and now I am going back and forth with them to receive a refund (they have directed my request to the shipping department, which makes no sense.) If you are going to purchase, highly recommend using a credit card with solid return protection so you are covered and don't have to depend on their shoddy customer service.

RIPOFF from China!!! Do not waste a penny of your money. They say they provide trustworthy customer service, but they don’t have a clue what that is. Horrible purchase, learned my lesson.

Has anyone tried to file a claim using pay pal and if so did you win or lose because I just ordered two pairs and haven’t received anything and it’s been almost two weeks

The absolute worst!!! Do NOT do order from them. I tried to cancel my order within an hour of placing the order fir to a sizing mistake and they refused to stop shipment.

Placed expedited order on 6/7.
Paid $20 extra. Order has not been shipped.
Contact number disconnected.

Made an order for 3 pairs of shoes waited 3+weeks nothing received so I emailed my concerns I received an automated response and 2 weeks later received partial of my order (2 pairs of shoes) I have emailed again today

I placed an order for some shoes for (2) toddlers $70 total, cuz their B-days was sometime in May, I ordered May 10th, the site said 7-10 days, then when i emailed the company after waiting 3wks, they immediately posted an automated response (template) about they're sorry for my concerns, then proceeded to say items take 14-21 days, so of course todays date is June 5th, still no shoes. They have a customer service # for N.Carolina (not in service), on the site they (claim) to be stationed in Canada, but the unmitigated truth is they're operating out of China....to ANYONE that plans to do business with this company, DO NOT!!! They are taking advantage of customers who choose to shop online. COMFYCHILDRENSHOES IS A SCAM!!!! -California

Received the Barbie light up shoes 2 weeks after ordering them. And I live in Ireland. Good quality didn't fault this site at all. And my daughter is very happy with the shoes

yep, zero is appropriate. we piad 20 bucks for expidited shipping, what a joke. a month later & still no shoes. avoid at all cost!!!

I paid the extra $19.95 to get them shipped quicker. They sent a link that pulls up nothing. It is supposed to be a gift for my grandson. I wish I would’ve seen the reviews first. I hope they show up or else I will be calling my bank for scam. I tried emailing them but no response. Never again.

I’d give a zero if that was an option…… it took over a month for my order to arrive and then they were the wrong size. I contacted them via email asking how to return them. The response gave me 3 options. 1. Mail them back to china at my cost. 2. Take a 15% refund to my account. 3. Take 25% in store credit. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Buyers beware.

Barbie light up shoes delivered today, didn’t take long, they are really nicely made shoes and light up when walked in as advertised. I see some terrible reviews but my experience was a good one. Would buy again.
