Bought a ladies “ leather” handbag which was very average and not as advertised and a men’s calfskin leather jacket that looks more like vinyl and both will finish in the Vinny’s bin

Look very pretty however, dishonest scam tried to charge more my bank notified me to stop the transaction!

Lack of communication from the company after the sale was processed. I got charged an extra amount which was not authorised, I emailed Comfyco requesting a refund for the extra charge with no response. I haven't received any goods but have been charged nearly $130. The whole process was a scam - do NOT purchase from this company

I would give 0 stars if I could. My order was marked as delivered; it wasn't. I contacted them they said items were out of stock and they would send when in stock. I replied telling them I don't want the items I want a refund. Crickets. Total scammers who steal money. How are they still allowed to trade?

Do NOT buy, sizing is way off, quality is awful and anything on "sale" which is everything doesn't apply for a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Also, there site says they have 4.7/5 stars LIES!! Look everywhere else.

Real review: my experience: Negative- items showed up a little over a month later due to where they came from, sizes are WAY off. Positive- lots of email communication on tracking, customer service was amazing and only needed a picture to show the size was bad. They said in Chinese sizes a M is a 2XL… never knew this. They gave me full credit and let me keep the ones I have to donate. Communication was daily. Best part is when I went to use my credit, their sale was even better.

SCAM. Don’t buy, they’ll send a confirmation email, then tell you the items are out of stock, then say they can only refund through Zelle, then continue to charge your card two more times. Then when you finally find a number to call, they say they can’t find the information when you give them your confirmation code and email. SCAM DO NOT BUY. Today is July 8, I ordered May 23.

Product is garbage. It’s cheaply made, the proportions are off, the fabric is trash. I have been trying to make a return (which their site says is doable) but their customer service is TERRIBLE and they are avoiding responding to my request. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are scam artists and frauds and their product is trash!

Been waiting since Wednesday for a reply to my email about delivering the wrong item and the wrong size!!

Only 2 of the 3 suits arrived. One did not fit and should of according to size chart. No response from customer service after multiple requests.

Tiny tiny bit of material. I’m not tall or big but a size M and a size L both did not fit the length of my body. Absolutely useless purchase

Two bodysuits, neither fit and they should have based on their sizing charts. I have a very average torso and the cups didn't even come up to my breasts. There was no bust support at all. One of them had a big rip in the lace right out of the bag. Do not order from them! For what I paid, I expected a lot more. It's a scam!

Company took my money...refused to offer me a refund on items that never came. They also refused to resend me an order. Delayed responses to emails were often generic and repeated answers!!!

The customer service is so bad that they never answer…. If you have a problem with the product, they will not reply. If you want to change the size, they will not reply. They just take your money and tell you nothing…. Do not order on this site as the customer service is the worst.

SCAM!! overpriced rubbish, cheap poor quality, terrible customer service, they refuse to refund. Only half of my order arrived. 😣🤬😥

That's just a scam page. I got some item, that would fit no body, it's just tiny. (Stops under the boobs) Shop doesn't respond and Klarna will not refund the payment. I can not recomend. Be warned!!

Would give no stars if I could. This company is a total disgrace and should not be allowed to trade. They are thieves who take your money and ignore multiple emails requesting refunds. Makes me so angry that they think it's OK to send out items that are nowhere near worth what was paid for them and then won't give a refund even though their return policy says you can return for one, so you think you are covered. Do not buy from this sham company!!!

Terrible terrible terrible… avoid. I ordered 2x bodysuits on the buy one get one free offer. After a long delivery time frame window I finally received just 1 of the 2 bodysuits. Quality was absolutely awful. A bit of thin lacy material. Ordered a medium and I couldnt even get it on and I’m a size UK 10. It barely fit my 4 year old daughter either! Very very disappointing as was looking forward to receiving them.

Do not order from this company - I have sent 10 emails requesting a refund as the fit is poor and they haven’t replied to any of them. I will be spreading the word and leaving comments warning other people when their adverts appear as they can’t be trusted.

Further to posting this review they have contacted me and offered credit but have now gone silent when I said no and that I wanted my money refunded.

I contacted my bank and they have refunded me the money - hopefully they stopped payment to the retailer.

Ordered 2 bodysuits and they are way too short. Tried to get a refund, was offered the option of keeping them and getting a credit to use online which I rejected. Then a second offer with a higher credit value which I also rejected..Many emails later and still no closer to getting a refund.. STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY
