Imposter site or bad customer service?…

This company took over a month to send my products! I’ve purchased from them once before and received good service. Besides the long shipping time, they sent me defective items. I also received all my items in bags I’ve never seen before. When contacted to return they asked if I’d rather a credit. I let them know I wanted a return and never heard back from them. I’ll be contacting my credit card company to get a return.

Is there an option for zero stars?

I placed an order 12/8/24. Got an email 12/9/24 that my shipment processed and ready to ship. Never received anything else. Sent an email 1/27/25 inquiring on my order. Got a reply they’d check with the fulfillment team and get back to me, they never did (shocker). Replied to their email 2/26/25. No response. Emailed again today 3/3/25 from a new email to see if I get a response.

One star too much !!! Don’t bother, pay for express yet they don’t post till ten days later, says express delivery 5-8 days it’s now the 26 th February ordered on 9 th still not received fans no response from any email sent! So basically pay them extra for express get nothing faster

I want my money back

I want my money back but I know that will never happen. After waiting for over a month for my order to arrive and no response to my inquiries regarding this, the package finally made it to me. Imagine my surprise when neither of these items came anywhere close to fitting me, despite taking measurements and ordering by their size guide. What a waste of time and money. Terrible product, worse customer service, misleading reviews and website.

I would give negative stars if…

I would give negative stars if possible. My order arrived almost a month later and it was missing items. I paid for express shipping and insurance. The bodysuit I did receive looks like it was cut in half bc there was maybe an inch or two of fabric between the chest and bikini area. This would not fit anyone correctly. I am 5ft tall, so I even have a shorter torso. Their customer service takes forever to respond. I asked to return this item and just get a full refund for both bodysuits. They only sent me one of the two I ordered. Ill probably never get my money back. Someone needs to just shut this company down because they are ripping people off.

They have been charging me monthly, unbeknownst to me. No indication anywhere that they were a subscription company.
Plus, my initial order, which I paid extra for express shipping, arrived late.

The worst ever -- WISH I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO. BUYER BEWARE.

The worst ever. I wish I had known about everyone else's reviews before I bought. They sent me the wrong size, and wouldn't take a return because of their "sale" with no returns. Nothing fit. And they still refused to take anything back. They don't answer emails for at least 3 weeks, and I haven't heard back from them since. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT'S A SCAM. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND HAVE NO RECOURSE. I EVEN TRIED TO DO A CHARGE BACK FOR MY CREDIT CARD AND EVEN THEY ARE FALLING FOR THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

You said in an email that ounce I return the product you will issue a full refund.

You provided the return address.

I have our convo screenshot.

I sent you an email with proof that it arrived.

am beyond frustrated with your lack of response and failure to handle this situation professionally.

My return arrived on October 28th, and it’s now November 18th. Why is my full refund still not processed? I have sent multiple emails, none of which you have had the courtesy to respond to.

Frankly, this is unacceptable. I returned everything in good faith, and it is clear you received the items weeks ago.

Your delay in issuing my refund is starting to feel dishonest. It’s outrageous that I’ve had to deal with this mess since late September—over two months of back-and-forth without resolution.

I am demanding a response and my refund immediately. I will continue to escalate this until you honor my rightful request.

It’s bad enough that the products didn’t work as promised and that I had to send them back before two important events, but now your handling of this refund has been insulting and unprofessional.

I expect a prompt resolution. Process my refund without any further delay.

SCAM , DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

They took a month to get to me, and all of the products are made differently, from different materials, and the tags are cut out. The sizes are all wrong. And the long sleeve one feels like a body suit shirt, and I could have bought from TJMaxx or Target, with only 5 % spandex. Doesn't even shape at all, it actually loose on me. The worse scam I have seen recently!!! Don't waste your money

As well as others paid for express shipping which said 5-6 business days; arrived 14 business days later which was way later than what I needed the items for. Requested a return and refund, they asked me to send a photo of the package I said it was in the body of the email as they themselves provided, and requested a refund asap, still no response.

THE WORST

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I ordered from Comfyco on 9/1 for a trip on 9/20. I emailed them as a discount wasn't correctly applied to my order. I didn't hear back so I emailed them again to follow up on the discount code and shipping as it was now 9/6 and my order still was not shipped. What went on over the next three weeks was the equivalent of a girl trying to get the attention of a guy that truly wants nothing to do with her. Not only did they never acknowledge or apply my discount, they wouldn't respond for days at a time (3-4 days if not more between emails), but they told me on 9/22 that my order was delivered (my trip was on 9/20). I told them that I no longer needed the items since I had left and they said oopsie can't return because those are sale items. Come to find out they are pretty much ALWAYS having a sale which means that you essentially CANNOT RETURN anything. Stay FAR FAR AWAY and do not waste your money.
