We have used commercial and domestic for many years now, the customer support is outstanding, we receive monthly updates and if i have any queries they are always happy to help

I was contacted by a representative of CDI Credit Management, who suggested they believed a company that owed us thousands may have acted improperly, and that the directors could potentially be personally liable for the debt. It sounded almost too good to be true, so I specifically asked whether we would have to pay anything up front and was expressly told no, that they would recover their fees from the debtor if successful.

Days later, I received a call from a man from the same company who gave me a sales pitch and then asked for around £450 upfront. When I pointed out that this directly contradicted what I had been told previously, and that I had specifically raised this point, I was effectively accused of lying. The call ended with a dismissive “good luck getting your money back”, and I was told an email would follow, which never arrived.

My concern is not simply the fee; it is that the proposition presented bore no resemblance to what was originally explained. It felt like a bait and switch, and I found the conduct unprofessional and discourteous.

Would not recommend.

We had given up on 3 invoices valued at over £12k. The service was so professional and we got our money within 3 weeks. Highly recommend. James was spot on.
