Fabulous and would highly recommend!
When I first spoke to this company, i came off the phone thinking to myself that this all sounds too good to be true. I therefore asked my MD to speak to them in case I had mis-understood something. We went ahead and I am so pleased that we did. All of the staff are a pleasure to deal with. If you have any queries or concerns they will come straight back to you with definitive answers. I have already received over £4,000 back from debts that they were chasing for us. I have also paid up for another 12 months. I would highly recommend this company.

A professional, transparent and friendly service from all involved which is just what you need when you're left with no choice but to call upon a company like this for their help. We probably wouldn't have seen a penny of the debt owed if it wasn't for CDI. 6 months after receiving a cold call, the debt has been cleared and received in full. Would highly recommend.

Credit where credit is due
I had been chasing my bad debt for several months and literally had wrote it off as all my calls and emails were getting ignored. I even threatened court action which got no response.
After a cold call from this company I decided to sign up to their registration and give them a go at trying to recover this bad debt. If I'm being honest I wasn't really expecting much but it would be nice to not let my debtor get away with it as I also heard they have history of this sort of thing.
I haven't got a clue how they did it but literally within 6 weeks they collected this debt and I had the money back into my account. Great job well done team.

Helped us out a lot.
I’ve been a member for a number of years now and they’ve helped us out with a number of tricky customers.
We’ve also found the credit checking very useful prior to taking on new customers.
Only niggle is it ca sometimes take a while to get money back from debts if they pay in instalments, but as long as I get it back I’m happy!

This company uses nothing but bullying tactics to try and recover debts that genuine people cannot afford to pay. No compassion given whatsoever, but I can't really give too many details as the review will be removed again.

I have been self employed for the last 6 years and have never suffered with bad debts. However over the last 12 months this has changed.
After being contacted by this company at a time when I had 6 bad debts I decided to sign up with them. The rest is history as they have managed to collect 5 out of my 6 debts so very happy with that. Anymore problems now go straight to them so no messing about.

If there was 0 star it would be that. Absolute vultures. Contacted me following a company folding, not paying for works completed. . Made promises about getting my money back within 60-90 days. 5 years and thousands later they have done little and recovered nothing - after telling me what a good case I had (the only thing I agree with them on). Feels like I’ve been scammed. Do not use.

They always there for you, constant monthly phone call, they make you feel confident if an issue arises. During my 10 years with them, I have never had a poor experience. The use a credit checks on new customers, is an added bonus.
