Yes it takes some time to receive the order (mine 4 weeks) but I am very satisfied with my boots and will purchase again soon. Good job!

Ordered a Christmas present in December, still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried by every means possible to get in contact with comovita and nothing has been answered. I’m £160 down.

It’s definitely a scam. Do not buy from this company.

Update - as soon as I said I was making a claim through my credit card company, having gone 3 months without communication or updates, they cancelled the order and refunded a few days later.

I would stay very clear of this company.

Still waiting for a delivery from their sole supplier to be able to finish the shoes. Really poor engagement, client needs to chase rather than get productive updates. I appreciate they are a start up, but I am meant to be a client as supposed to an investor.

This is my second post about the shoes which I got and couldn't return because of lack of the response from comovita. After I wrote my first post here the company contacted me and arranged the pick up of the shoes through DHL. Comovita refused to pay for the shipping and didn't response to DHL to inquiries. As a result the shoes were DESTROYED by DHL!!!
OUTRAGEOUS

Very high quality boots. They look really well made and love that these come with individual travel bags, which are very useful to store them without getting any scratches. Delivery has a bit longer than expected (an extra week) but you can’t get a pair of boots this quality for this price anywhere else.

6 weeks, 3 emails and 2 generic responses later and no shoes. Unfortunate looks like great product but customer service is not up to scratch.

I’m willing to wait but not without proactive communication vs. me chasing. Appreciate high demand but then proactively communicate to your customers and find an internal way to track inventory better / get your fulfilment team to do a better job of focussing on customer satisfaction.

Disputing the charge with bank given customer service does not respond to emails.

Tough love with this review but hope this team can get their act together, and learn a lesson here.

Well made boots, very comfortable and good looking. I discovered Comovita in Opumo and initially I was surprised to see their prices were much cheaper than similar brands and had some doubts as I was looking for a really good pair of Chelsea’s but now, after some weeks using them I can say that these are just perfect. They look good, feel great and seem to be very resistant. Definitely it was worth waiting 5 weeks.

It’s a scam. I’ve payed 150€ more than 6 weeks ago for a pair of sneakers and I have no information on delivery date and I’m unable to contact them (I’ve tried phone, whatsapp, email, chatbot and nothing…).
I think I was ripped off and will try to get help from VISA to have my refund.

Comovita replied and say i will receive the sneakers next week and that i've received a reply on whatsapp. Actually i've double checked and have no reply on whatsapp and after a week i still haven’t received the sneakers. It’s clearly a scam.

Shoes are straight up crafted - quality I rarely see anymore. Excellent work, great customer service and the shoes (2 pairs I now own) hold up, are super stylish and incredibly comfortables. Wear these all day long!

Definitely worth the price and the wait!

It is quite obviously, that the company is quite new and is expanding very fast. That means, that they are not always as good as they should be, in terms of communication. But after waiting a little too long, I have received a VERY nice pair of Chelsey boots in a very nice quality and packing. Definitely worth the price.

After more than 2 months delay I finally received the shoes but not the colors I ordered. I wrote several emails to be able to return them but still did not get any instructions … agree with the other comments do not recommend at all this company

Very happy with my sneakers and the service. I purchased a pair of suede sneakers and asked if it was possible to receive also a pair of laces of the same color as the shoes (originals are white) and they added them for free to my order without any problem. Love how good these look!

My favorite shoes. Been using them since September and I'm super happy with how good they look and how comfy these sneakers are. Still looking as new as the first day.

In love with my linen sneakers. These are just great for the summer here in Australia. Gonna get a pair of boots for the winter soon, hoping these are as comfy as the kicks!

Great boots at an unbeatable price. Nowadays for 190€ you don’t get anything better than Massimo Dutti which obviously sucks so when I saw Comovitas ads I was a bit reluctant at first as I thought their boots were too cheap. Finally, due to their “try them risk free” I decided to give it a go and I can’t explain in words how happy I am with my boots. I don’t think I had ever before a better pair despite having invested 2-3x more in some pairs from “luxury” brands. Also, these look terrific, I wore them this holidays in Switzerland and got so many compliments. From now on I don’t think I’ll walk on any shoes besides Comovita (please release work shoes 🙏🏻)!!
