Ordered two chairs from them 2 weeks…

Ordered two chairs from them 2 weeks ago. No update during that time until today when I got an email saying the products I ordered and payed for are no longer a part of their assortment?? At least I got my money back… Why sell something that you don’t even have?? I don’t get it

Do not order if you want fast delivery

We recently had an experience with Confident Living, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. I placed an order with an expected delivery date and all items were supposed to be in stock, a whopping 10 days past that date and we still haven’t received our order. The delay is incredibly frustrating, and what made matters worse was the lack of communication from the company regarding the delay. I understand that unexpected issues can arise, but clear and timely updates would have been appreciated. This experience has definitely made me reconsider using their services in the future.

Customer service is very bad

Customer service is very bad. It literally has taken weeks or a month inbetween receiving answers.

They have to discuss the problem with a manufacturer, who then just sends them the same advice that is already public on the manufacturer's website which I had already tried in the very beginning 3 months ago... it's extremely frustrating.

I would have expected quality customer service from a company like this considering the size and money paid for designer products. Faster response times and actual problem resolution.

Very bad service

Very bad service. I just received the 4th message that the carpet I ordered was delayed again (already a 7 week delay!).

Not reliable shop

I ordered a dining table. I called before and after order to be sure that it was really available. The answer was "yes", they said that they got delivery confirmation form manufacturer. So, I bought chairs that fit to this dining table. Now bank notified me that many will be returned and I see that order status was changed to "Cancelled" . No any comments or any information form Confident Living.

(Updated) Payment gone no communication no support

I purchased two mirrors which didn’t arrive at the scheduled delivery slot. Having not received an email confirmation (which has become clear was my own fault for entering a wrong email address) I had no reference for the package as the purchase confirmation page did not have an order number on it.

A combination of slow response from customer support, no reference number on the purchasing flow and failed delivery/comms from the delivery service made for a stressful experience. That said, products been received and customer service have gotten back to me!

I had a little problem with some items…

I had a little problem with some items arrived broken.The customer service helped me immediately sending me again this portion of my order the day after. I bought several times with them and I've never had problems. Fantastic customers support, very good prices and fast delivery.

Severely delayed delivery and poor communication

We ordered a much-needed desk chair that was estimated to be delivered in 6-10 days. It was delayed twice, and was due to arrive almost 3 months after the order date when we cancelled it. The communication we received was poor, hearing about both delays on or after the day it was supposed to be delivered. If we had been given a better estimate of the delay earlier in the process, we could've cancelled sooner (and had a chair by now). When we got in touch with customer support to explain the issue they responded quickly but there was no apology and the order was simply cancelled.

Looking at the website now, the chair looks as if it's in stock and the estimated delivery time is the same, 6-10 days!

The information about the delay should of course be sent out earlier than the date it's supposed to be delivered and this is something that we'll look in to.
Regarding that status of the product we don't have it in stock and it's only when an item has an estimated delivery time of 1-3 days that we have it in stock.

We hope that you'll consider us for a future purchase so that we can give you a better experience.
