I paid an extra to have the package delivery on the same day but it didn't make any difference because I received the package only on the next day.

The "express handling" you have chosen at checkout gives you priority at our warehouse in handling your order. Our delivery time is an estimated delivery time.
Due to the sharp increase in e-commerce during the pandemic, the transport companies that deliver to homes have high pressure on certain days and deliveries may be delayed for that reason. Which, of course, we regret.

Terrible customer service!
Avoid!! The customer service is terrible! My items arrived damaged as it was delivered in the product box and now customer service has stopped replying to my emails. I just wanted to return the items and get my money back. Instead, I'm stuck with items I can't use and lost my money. I'm in touch with the consumer agency now to see what can be done to get my money back. What a hassle!
