I order online for the selection and also because prices are usually lower and Confident Living delivered there but, if I have to wait almost 2 weeks for the item, it makes me much less likely to order from an online company again. Especially when there wasn't any clear indication that I would have to wait so long before I actually placed my order.

We ordered a 3000 NOK espresso machine in mid May 2017 from the Norwegian store (confidentliving.no). We paid using a bank transfer. The bank shows that the money has been transferred, but ConfidentLiving has no record of the order and as of 20.06.2017 has not sent us the espresso machine. The telephone number on the web site never answers and the email response to our inquiry about our order asks us to simply get back to them at a later point in time. This is a business that did not deliver our order, and is not reachable by phone.

Update: August 2017. After several months of waiting, the machine has arrived on July 21st. While the wait was unacceptably long, the company is a legit business that delivers goods.

There was apparently some glitch in the order system, which allowed them to somehow receive the money but not send the product. While customer service was nearly impossible to reach by phone, we managed to reach them via email and the response was prompt and friendly. Eventually, over the course of several months, the issue was resolved and we received the ordered product.

Found exactly what I wanted. Entire order process went smoothly, great selection of items to choose from.

I asked before buying if they would send spam via text, they said no. I ordered a furniture and of course they broke the promise and have continued to spam ever since. Never shop there again.

Yes its clearly mentioned on their site but still who charges 1500 Kr to deliver inside your home? They will only deliver on from of apartment building not even in front of apartment door...the means if you live on 3rd floor and even if you have lift you will need to carry it from front door to front of your apartment.

I need to update this review, Just got call from ConfidentLiving about decreasing their price to 600kr which is comparable to what others are charging. They also mentioned they will work in improving this which is really good on their part. I need to say this impressed me and I have changed my rating from to 4.

Relaxed and personal service

We ordered a lamp and bulb for it. Very happy with the speed of delivery. Unfortunately the lamp broke after a few weeks use. But they replaced it immediately and sent it quickly through the post.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery on items ordered in Sweden. We ordered a piece of furniture from internetmöbler.se and the overseas vendor mixed up our order with a similar item. Once notified about the mix up, Björn from internetmöbler, was very professional and helped to rectify the situation. We ended up purchasing a different item from a vendor here in Sweden and received it within days of our order. The new piece seems to fit our design style even better than the one we'd originally ordered. Despite the mix up, our shopping experience turned out to be a very positive experience and I would recommend this site to anyone.
