Conny supported us for roughly 2 years (including court proceeding), as the landlord appealed the initial ruling. They also continue their support beyond the settlement, reminding the landlord to transfer the money to us, as this took them quite some time.

Conny's was continuously available for questions via e-mail, thereby keeping us up to date. It usually took them about a week to reply, which is fine, as updates occur only occasionally in such court processes.

Eventually we won the case and received the targeted monthly reduction + repayment for the past years since moving in (less 6 months savings).

Bear in mind that Conny has changed their general terms in 2025 and will keep the full re-payment going forward. Looking at our specific case, I guess this is fair for 2 years of legal support.

Advice: If you decide to start this process with Conny (our any other legal support) you should be certain about staying in that house for some time going forward, otherwise it might not be worth the hassle.

The case was professionally handled by Conny and Team. The case was settled within three months of time.
Overall, we were able save around 357€. But Conny insisted further moving to court for a higher amount but we were happy to settle and not prolong the case.

Additionally Conmy agreed to give us a partial refund of our overpayment money and this was really a great gesture from them. I would highly recommend Conny and overall it was a positive and pleasant experience.

Important points to consider before proceeding with Conny GmbH:

- In my case, after using the online calculator and without my explicit consent, a Rüge was sent to my landlord as soon as my contract was uploaded.

- This changed the dynamic between me and my landlord, and because of that, I was more or less forced to continue with Conny, as there seemed to be no way back.

- Despite multiple attempts, I could almost never reach their service line—so you might as well assume it doesn't exist.

- Shortly after communication between Conny and my landlord’s lawyer, my landlord made a good offer. However, there was complete silence from Conny for SIX MONTHS, until they finally informed me that they had already received a fair offer. Naturally, those six months of delay, plus two-thirds of whatever amount the landlord paid, ended up going to Conny. (It seems this "two-thirds" share may have increased since then.)

- Conclusion: If you have alternatives, take them.
And of course: read the contract thoroughly. Remember, no one here is Robin Hood.*

Did exactly what they promised. Even though the process in my case took 1,5 years, they lowered my rent and also helped to return some of the overpaid money. Of course, there are many nuances to each case, but judging from my experience, I can't complain. Pretty happy with the result! (Berlin)

It was very slow progress (due to negotiations with the landlord), but eventually my rent dropped more than 300 euros

Conny worked really well for us and reduced our rent by 310€ monthly. I sent in the required forms and at one point had to send a number of photographs and some measurements. Conny was prompt with their communications and was able to settle out of court after about 10 months. Our landlord is a huge company and we have not seen any negative repercussions.
As others have noted, we did pay a commission of 2/3 of our back payment + 6 months of the price difference. It was a high price but as we joined the Mieterverein after signing the rental contract, Conny was our best option to reduce our rent. With that in mind I was completely satisfied with the process and the payment and consider it a huge win for us.

Conny does what it promises. I did nothing except uploading the document and some pictures. After couple of months I got letters from my landlord that my cold rent is being reduced.

Easy process and friendly / reachable staff.

Had an easy and nice experience with Conny, we talked everything by email and in English (which is a plus for me) and after 3 or 4 months they not only reduced almost 600 Euros from my rent as I got the retroactive value from the first day of the contract (2/3 stay with Conny, but I was already happy to just had the discount on rent, so it was definitely a plus), thank you Conny for this amazing service!
