I have been working with NACA for some time now on my journey to purchasing a home, and overall, my experience has been very positive. While there have been some ups and downs along the way, NACA has remained supportive and committed to helping me reach my goal.
My counselor, in particular, has been outstanding. They have taken the time to thoroughly explain the process of purchasing both a single-family home and multi-unit properties, making sure I understand each step. Their patience has meant a lot to me, especially during the fluctuations in interest rates, which can be stressful and overwhelming.
Throughout this process, my counselor has consistently encouraged me, reminding me not to give up on my goal of purchasing property. Their support, guidance, and dedication have made a significant difference in my experience.
I truly appreciate NACA’s commitment to helping individuals achieve homeownership, and I’m grateful for the support I’ve received during this journey.

NACA consumer advocates is a very wonderful program. This program helps you to purchase a home with very limited stress and a lot of financial power. I did my intake with one of the conselors , she was very patient and informative.

Great experience and great customer service

I have been working with NACA on making my dream of homeownership a reality. I never imagined that there would be a possibility of owning a home. With NACA, I feel a lot closer to reaching that reality. Initially, it feels overwhelming with how much information is needed to be qualified, however once things begin plugging in, it begins to make more sense. My counselor has been helpful and responsive, ensuring that I'm submitting everything needed accurately. I look forward to the future and continuously working with NACA.

Overall not a bad program. Helps all families especially if you have the patience as the process is time consuming. I would recommend all parties to go through the program if they are trying to save the most money.

My husband and I set a goal a little over a year ago to purchase our first home. We had no idea how to even get started; we just knew we needed to save. We heard about NACA from a family member and decided to give it a try. The process has truly been eye-opening! Not only does the program help cover some of the major costs of purchasing a home, but even more importantly, they make sure you are prepared to actually maintain a home. They understand it's not just about buying a house, it's about buying a home and being able to actually keep that home. So far, we are grateful for how much we have learned, and we can't wait to complete the program and officially become homeowners.

My experience started when I first called NACA to find out how I can get engaged with the program..called customer service and I was taken through a step by step process on how and what to do to get my feet wet and what to do after the representative was so patient as I had a lot of questions which she took time to explain and I was so grateful then when I was done with doing the course line I got a call from a counselor who ended up being my counselor whom took as and has been guiding my wife and I go through the process of submitting documentation and paperwork required ..our counselor has been very supportive to us and has made it much easier than what I had imagined it to be and we can’t wait till we finally get done and move into our dream home..thank you NACA

The process is detailed, but the guidance has been helpful and the program offers a great opportunity for people looking to become homeowners. WE started the NACA process and the experience with the counselors made us hopeful of a greater future. Our counselor spoke to us in a personal level and explained the step by steps on what td do, how to do it, and what to avoid. We really appreciate that level of care and concern.

I had my first Zoom meeting with Ryne Savage, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Ryne was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in walking me through the NACA process. He took the time to answer all of our questions clearly and made sure I understood each step moving forward.

What really stood out was how approachable and genuine he was I never felt rushed, and he made what can feel like an overwhelming process much more manageable and straightforward.

I'm feeling confident and excited about the journey ahead thanks to Ryne’s guidance. Highly recommend working with him!

I also like that there's no long wait list and quick turnaround time from when you submit your documents.

What made my experience with NACA great was the consistent support and guidance I recieved from my counselor named Dwayne Jordan. He took the time to explain each step of the process in detail, answered my questions patiently, and ,made sure I understood the process.
