Very punctual with calling at the specified time. Very professional on the phone. Easy to get a prescription for months. Very happy with it because i found it difficult otherwise to get a prescription.

Phone call came as planned
Phone call came as planned, conversation timely and did not take too much of my working day. Dispatch was efficient also. Royal Mail sent it to the wrong sorting office but that was not contraception directs fault.

Been using for three months
Been using for three months. The consolation was very helpful and the woman guided me on which contraception I should go on, I have now reordered for a refill and the process was extremely fast. Called on Thursday and received the pill on Saturday!

Maya was extremely easy to talk to and made things so easy. I got my tablets a few days later in the post and it was quick and simple. I was abit wary and anxious before booking an appointment and getting my pill but as soon as I answered the phone all those feelings went away. Thank you Maya and thank you contraception direct !
