Communication is extremely poor. Takes days/ weeks to reply to emails. Never returns calls abrupt on the phone .

Nicola Lake dealt with a very difficult sale due to owners not speaking with each other, She completed the sale under these difficulties when others refused! highly recommended

From the start of this process Laura Donoghue has been excellent in everything for us. We had some unseen bumps with buyers and she was able to help keep the deals alive. She got back to us with all information and helped us understand parts we didn't know about. She links everyone to every email so we had a know what we were up to list and gave us a link to see the progress made. Would use again if needed.

Jessica Griffiths looked after my sale for me. She made everything simple, easy and stress free. Will 100% use again.

We had numerous delays on our case right from the start. It was weeks before I was even contacted by my solicitor once they had been assigned to me. I have no confidence that she was doing her job in the time that she had my case; I ended up with a vague email that she could no longer take the case on - not even the decency to return my two phone calls and explain the situation to me. I had to find out what was happening from my mortgage advisor!
I have subsequently heard other negative reviews - but before I chose this firm, I had seen loads of positive ones here on Trustpilot. Do not believe them.
