Superb service in every way very timely always acting in your best interest great job!

Everyone was so helpful particularly Jamuna. She was very approachable. For people in our 70s doing this for the first time, we were very apprehensive but we were met with helpful and attentive people throughout the whole process. We were told to expect about 16 weeks for it all to complete and it’s exactly 16 weeks. We were kept informed of our progress all the way along. We can’t praise Conveyancing Expert enough and we highly recommend them.

Poor communication. I had to chase up and ask them for updates. Would wait weeks for an email back. Had to ring other case managers just to get ahold of my own. After 4 months they told me they can no longer act on my behalf. Had to switch solicitors towards the end of the process and start over again. Majorly inconvenienced by the lack of communication, and especially as a first time buyer this made the process of buying even more stressful.

Laura has been so very helpful from start to finish! As first time buyers we have needed some support and advise throughout the transaction and she has been happy to help everytime. Total time in completing was just under 3 months! Could not be more grateful for your help. Thankyou!

As first time buyers we wasn't sure what to expect. There was some confusion with the initial setup with the firm as they repeatedly asked for documents we had already sent. However once Hayley was assigned to our case, the process went well. While there were complications at times caused by other solicitors, Hayley was always clear and informative. We are very happy with the service we received.

Avoid these! Never respond to e-mails, never answer telephone calls. 20 weeks and counting for a no chain purchase.

If I could give this company zero or minus stars I would do.

They are beyond useless.

Our assigned solicitor Jamuna Rajah shouldn’t be in a job. She doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing.

The office staff are also extremely rude.

Do not expect a reply to emails. You might get one after a week or so, probably longer though. No one ever answers the phone.

Use any other company but this one!!!!
Absolutely avoid at all costs.

The property Purchase of our Seller is beset with difficulties
Their Seller are using Conveyancing Expert who for weeks and weeks on end fail to answer any emails from our Sellers Solicitor. Due to their poor service our property chain is in danger of collapsing. Do not use an online conveyancing service, almost always will cost you more than you save.

I would strongly recommend that you do not use this firm , they do not reply to messages , they cannot be contacted by phone and take ages to answer simple questions . they delayed completion . I have numerous buy to let properties and have never come across such an inept conveyancing firm in 30 years
The buyer was using this firm and the whole process was very stressful be warned

Not all the forms were sent to me for the sale of a joint property.
More importantly, the money was transferred into the other persons account on their say so only!
There was no contact to verify this. I could consequently be defrauded of any money from the sale.

All members of staff i had contact with were polite and professional, however there were times I would have preferred to speak to someone rather then communicating via email and this seemed quite difficult at times.

Hayley was excellent throughout, at what sometimes was a tricky conveyancing process regarding the sellers end of the property I was buying. She remained extremely thorough throughout and kept me informed at all times. Would definitely recommend this company and Hayley again.
