I searched for spares for my Indesit cooker hood and found them here, a lot cheaper than the previous company I used.
I thought I mad made a mistake with one part and the company bent over backwards to help me regarding returs/refunds. Excellent customer service.

Made a mistake and ordered the wrong filter replacement. No issue at all, they advised the correct one and I ordered it and it arrived in 2 days. Wrong one returned and prompt refund. Excellent customer service.

Ordered and received all the right things but I gave incorrect delivery address and only noticed when I read their order acknowledgement. Sent an e-mail to ask for change of address and received prompt reply saying they had already dispatched - within about half-an-hour of placing the order! Royal Mail delivered next working day. Wrong address was just next door so not a big problem. All-round excellent service, including helpful responses from Ryan - thanks.

Customer service was excellent and very friendly. Quick to respond and kind. Would definitely order again.

Excellent company to deal with.had a problem trying to source filters for our stoves cooker hood.the actual manufacturers had none in stock & to be honest we were shocked at the price they were commanding.UP steps cooker hood filters.i don't know if anyone else has had the same frustrating problem as we were experiencing,you contact companies & they say things like "it should fit or its the right model number but it may or may not be correct.....they make so many !"
Cooker hood filters solved all this with a few emails.asking you to use there template for measurements & then advising that it should fit,but could be returned.now for me the measurements are all important & cooker hood filters got this SPOT ON.ok it is up to the individual to measure correctly but how hard can that be ( it's not).
So ordered a pair that arrived very quickly and not expensive in my eyes compared to the original ones from stoves.they fitted like a glove no struggling or jiggling them about to make them fit just straight in Excellent.
WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN

Awful customer service. Sent the wrong filters. Been trying to sort it for 2 weeks and sent them all sorts of info. Now asking me to pay to return these things even though it’s their fault. Just send me the correct filters which I have already paid for!

Edit….The reply from Kurtis below is nonsense! The filters I ordered explicitly say they fit my model on the page I bought them from. He’s just talking rubbish to make the company sound like they’re not shocking! They did refund me which I’m grateful for but I’d encourage other potential customers to go elsewhere and buy genuine parts to avoid a lot of hassle!

Had an issue with one set of filters that were supplied to me. Emailed customer service and got a very quick response. A very helpful guy called Ryan sorted out my problem and dispatched some replacement filters. Received them with 3 days.

I live in a rented apartment and found out the cooker hood was missing the carbon filter. Without any owner's manual I had no clue what filter I needed and Cooker Hood Filters found the right one for me. Then I didn't know how to install it (because the filter had a tab that didn't fit anywhere). After exchanging lots of images and emails with Cooker Hood Filters I manage to successfully install it. I COULN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT C.H.FILTERS HELP. Thank you very much C.H.Filters team!

Customer service is the best I've known!! Despite us not receiving our item and cookerhoodfilter.co.uk having proof that it had been delivered (love to know where they went) they refunded us, but prior to that thier response was exceedingly quick, very polite, the staff are a credit to the company, 110%

Obviously not all filters are the same - and there is a massive selection on-line - with dimensions and fittings in different places. Ryan sent me an easy to complete template of what is where - and determined which model would fit - and both filters did indeed fit perfectly.

I found this company after a quick Google search and after comparing prices with others, decided these looked good VFM. Items arrived within 48hrs via Royal Mail 48 Track. Much much cheaper than originals from Rangemaster. Would definitely recommend.

Hadn't heard of this site before but they had the best price for the filter we were looking for - glad we went with them! Great value, product just as pictured and it fit our hood model as listed perfectly. Packaged safely and dispatched quickly. Would definitely use them again if we need any more parts

The metal filter I was sent was different to the one I had ordered. Nothing seemed difficult for the customer service though. They acknowledged the mistake and sent the correct item . The filter fits nicely as well.

I had an issue with the sizing of my filter, customer services here were wonderful and helped me resolve the issue.

Having used Cooker Hood Filters over the years without any problems, I recently had to order a filter for a different cooker hood and had some queries about fitting it, as it was different from the type I was used to. Ryan answered my email almost immediately, was extremely helpful and enabled me to fit it correctly within a short space of time. I very highly recommend this company and will continue to use it for my cooker hood filters.

This company had lots of parts but I couldn't find a direct match for my hood for charcoal filters. They were able to find a compatible match which fits perfectly. Service was excellent, price good and delivery pretty fast. Will use them again in the future.
