I damaged the plastic lamp cover on my Neff Cooker Hood and found exactly what I needed on this website. It was well described and fits perfectly. I received it within two working days..

I couldn't find the right filters for my hood and came across this company via Google, I messaged them with my query / dimensions and they came back really quickly with a suggestion. They were upfront that they might not fit as not the same brand, but clear I could return easily if so. The filters were despatched the same day, and arrived promptly, well packaged, and we're a perfect fit! Very pleased, lovely customer service, very impressed!

I have an old cooker hood with no markings, make, model etc on it. Measured existing old filter and took a chance as price reasonable. New filter arrived 3 days later, delivered Royal Mail and it fits perfectly! So pleased, would definitely recommend.

The filters I ordered to replace the originals had a lot more charcoal in them, so should work better at removing cooking smells.
However one filter was extremely difficult to fit. It appeared that the lugs holding the filter in place were to large for the hood ones.

I needed a filter but was unable to find the model number of my cooker hood on their website. I contacted them via email and quickly received a reply from their customer service representative, Ryan.

Ryan asked me for photographs and measurements of my existing filter and I replied with this information.

Ryan responded almost immediately and informed me which filter I needed. He also added my cooker hood make and model to the description of the filter I needed so that I can easily find the correct filter in the future.

A couple of days later the filter arrived and I installed it without issue.

First class service without issue. Cannot recommend enough.

I think business should cease using other business who hold them to ransom... its theft ! I hope business use alternative GOOD DELIVERY companies instead...after 6 weeks my filters arrived... fitted perfectly... thank you... Product was exactly as stated, deliver was held up by postal strike, customer service were absolutely amazing at sorting everything out and keeping us informed. Their response time was virtually immediate, very impressive!

Order a charcoal filter and paid for Royal Mail 1-2 Delivery. A week later the item had not arrived so emailed their contact address only to be told that the item seems to have been lost in shipping at their end (as the Royal Mail tracking showed that Royal Mail was yet to receive the item from the company). Long story short, they cancelled the order and refunded the original payment, and asked me to reorder. Such a terrible customer experience - why would somebody reorder something that you failed to ship in the first place.

Ordered a carbon filter for my cooker hood from this website. Took my time carefully choosing the precise filter I required, I was certain the one I chose was correct and the absolute only one I need because the image they advertised the product with matched exactly. When delivered, I was annoyed to see the wrong product sent to me, the same wrong product that another company sent to me which I have been using for the past few months and it does not work.
I questioned Cooker Hood Filters why the product they sent me does not match the image on the website, as I need the filter outward facing (Not inwards like what they have sent me). They replied with it is just a cosmetic design difference and performance wont be effected. which is even more frustrating, as I have been using this same filter for months already and it does nothing. The filter is still like brand new yet my hood is very greasy. You want the grease to attract to the soft fabric on the outside, which is what I want, not plastic which is what you have sent me!
Very annoyed and to make it better, they want me to charge me another £4 delivery if I want it to returned, so I will be out of pocket by £8 for them to wrongly advertise products on their website.... yet somehow its my problem and I am the one having to pay for it?!

At first, I could not decide which of the two products I should buy. Thanks to Ryan's recommendation, I purchased the right product. I was even offered a small discount if the product fits without any problem. The packaging was sturdy, and the shipment was on time. Ryan is a very responsive person. I would recommend this dedicated company to others who are looking for replacement filters/spares.

Great company. We contacted them for advice on replacement cooker filters for our cooker and they were quick to respond to our questions and provided us with the correct product at a fair price. How all companies should be run!

I needed some replacement grease filters for my charcoal extractor hood. I found one on the website i thought might fit, but my model number wasn't listed.
I emailed my query, Ryan responded asking for accurate measurements to try and ensure compatibility.
Measurements seemed to be correct and Ryan confirmed he could accept returns, albeit at my cost if they didn't fit, but if they did fit he would offer me a small discount. Marvellous customer service, and speedy email responses too.
Filters arrived, very well packaged, and fit perfectly.
Did i mention the price? I searched the internet and Cooker Hood Filters were the cheapest by a very wide margin.
I intend to buy more of the same product, be stupid not too.

I placed the order. The process was very easy and I also ordered some charcoal filters too. They came as singles or as a pair. I added the pair to my order as it was cheaper that way. In fact they were the cheapest I found.
