Having very little knowledge of which carbon filter I needed or how to fit one to my cooker hood, I Contacted Cooker Hood Filters to ask for help, they were so helpful and i must have been very trying at times as i didn't have a clue but we got there in the end and i am so happy with my new filters, great customer service guys.

Very helpful and they go out of their way to try and ensure you're buying the correct product.

I wasn't sure as to which grease filter would fit as nothing was listed under the make and model number. I provided Ryan with the measurements as instructed and the suggested filter arrived fast and as predicted, fitted perfectly.

The filters arrived in two days delivered by the Royal Mail. They were a perfect fit and I was kept in touch regularly as transit updates.will definitely use this company again. Highly impressed.

Amazing customer service!! The best I've received in a long time! Had to send multiple photos to identify the items I needed but all answered quickly, professionally and friendly! In fact the 1st items I needed arrived before we had identified the last filter!! Definitely recommend this company!!

No carbon filter was listed for my model number so I emailed for help!! Ryan replied saying that they didn't have anything listed for my model but could I send over measurements so he could source one, I did this & had a email back with a link for the matching filter!!

I was having a difficult time sourcing the correct aluminium grease filters for my extractor as its a very old model. I tried everywhere and then emailed these guys, they responded very quickly sent the dimensions over of what I needed and sourced a part which will fit. The item arrived in great time and fitting was perfect! I should have saved the hassle and gone to these guys first! I purchased the wrong filter for my cooker hood, however the customer service I recieved was so helpful and was zble to authorise the filters return and I posted it on Tuesday refund in my account by Wednesday afternoon....highly recommended. Will use this company again without hesitation
