Dont waste your money!
Signed up for the monthly film subscription, received the first 2 months films no problem. 3rd order has been left on processing for a full month now, ive emailed several times and tried to contact on social media aswell all to no avail. Absolutely fuming!

I'm from Ukraine and I don't want to use this as an excuse. However, every other day I was worried about my family's wellbeing and whether they would be ok. I'm sorry that your box arrived slightly later that expected. It did arrive as we're trying to send out subscription boxes once a month.

Simply the best film subscription available!
Just simply more personal and better than any other 35mm film subscription around. The Cool Film Club goes that extra mile for its subscribers and customers generally in my experience - that’s why I only buy my film from them. I prefer supporting a small independent supplier.

A great way to try out new film each month. The film descriptions that comes with them are super helpful to get the most out of the films and the occasional additional surprise goodie is an amazing touch.

Not dependable and poor communication
I placed an order over a month ago, got charged for it, and have gotten no updates. The order has been in a “processing” status since I placed it. I reached out to the company email, Instagram, and Facebook for help, and have yet to receive a response. Extra annoyed since this was a gift.

Not a good first impression!
My web experience was not good. Went through the ordering process and when I went to pay I got a message to say order not processed. Tried again and got similar result. Went to another supplier as I needed some film.
Checked email some minutes later to find order acceptance from both sites. As it happens I could afford to spend £130 on film that month, but could have been very embarrassing. Cool Film delivery was about 5-6 days after other film arrived.
Not a good first impression.

Really happy with the box! Got two films I’ve never used before, packaging is great had a lovely Diane Arbus quote on it! If you like shooting film you should subscribe to this box it’s amazing!

Unorganized
This isn’t usually the case with this company, but I’ve lived in Maine for over a year and recently moved. Before hand I made sure to change my address to the one I was moving to. I’ve been out of Maine for 2 almost 3 months now and I have yet to receive a shipment since the last one. I reached out to rectify the situation and still I haven’t received anything. If this is how it’s going to be from now on I want to cancel my subscription.
