I really like the concept
I really like the concept! I deducted 1 star just because being in the US, it is a little weird to get film from the UK (some of which will undoubtedly come from a certain US film company). Biggest issue is the time it takes to arrive seems to lag quite far behind the next shipment date or has been inconsistent. Not the fault of Cool Film Club but is still a practical annoyance.
Other than that, it's been really fun!

Great customer service
My subscription got canceled immediately after starting it. I found that odd, however Tara's was very quick to respond and resolve my issue. Great customer service and super excited to try my new film

Nearly a year in to my subscription, 20 films later I still look forward to what the mystery content will be! I have reveived all kinds of films, some I'd never have thought to buy myself that have given my favourite results... Keep up the good work!
