Poor customer support
Unfortunately, it seems very difficult to get a reply from customer support. First issue was regarding the tracking and delivery of a travel system and now the second time I haven't gotten a reply is registering my purchase - and you have 28 days to do so. I hope this gets fixed, otherwise any future communication would be a nightmare.

Beautiful car seat but a questionable safety
The seat I got is beautifully made. It was delivered quickly, easy to install and looks and feels really good. My problem is that my baby's chin is resting on his chest and there's no way to adjust him into more reclined position. Baby is on the smaller side - 48cm but the seat is advertised from 40cm so I don't understand. I now have to hold my baby's head upright during the ride and hope he'll grow into the seat.

There are some things that can help with the reduction of the head flop. Avoiding bulky clothing, hoods which can push little one further forward in the seat.
Please also ensure little one is sitting correctly in the seat with their bottom as far back as possible and the harness tight and that the recline is in its full position whilst using the appropriate liner. If you are concerned in anyway please do get in touch and we can take a look at this for you. Team cosatto x
No delivery and complete lack of support
I paid for my item on July 17th, it's now weeks later, it still hasn't arrived and I've no update. It's impossible to contact anyone by phone, emails aren't answered for several days so it takes multiple attempts to even get a response and when you do it's no help. If it weren't for their being a reputable brand I'd consider the entire experience a scam.

Great email updates until we received the car seat which was a lot quicker than I expected only taking a few days. Car seat is perfect and really easy to use. Comes with a no escape harness too which is fab.

I've tried everything to contact these guys to make a return. FB, Instagram, emails, phone. No reply anywhere. The phone number is UK and just left holding on. I'd never purchase from them again.

Website easy to use, PayPal option always good, arrived within 3 days the only fault I could give was communication..... recieved an email straight away with a receipt for payment which was fine but didn't receive anything to say it had been shipped/tracking number etc, was going to contact about shipping on the 3rd day but it arrived unexpectedly, luckily enough someone was home to take the delivery

Great service
Great service - delivered by DPD within a couple of days.
Bought the Woosh Trail Bureau for my 10 month old as her "big girl" stroller. We walk many different terrains so was looking for a buggy that will be good and sturdy on them all. This appears like it will do the job. Great print and colour - unusual compared to the standard black,cream and grey strollers out there.
My only negatives and they aren't really negatives, just my personal opinion, the cup holder is a bit flimsy and keeps falling off and the stroller is a bit heavier than I was anticipating but as I said,they aren't really negatives.
