There’s wide fitting and then there’s Cosyfeet! Specially designed to fit and flatter swollen feet, our footwear is much roomier than the wide fitting footwear you’ll find on the high street. All our styles have the same extra roomy fitting (6E for women and 3H for men) and can be adjusted to fit a range of swelling.

Ordered Sale prices shoes that were too wide/long had to be returned, not only was there a human at end of telephone it was answered promptly and lady was extremely helpful sorting out Royal Mail Collection of Shoe Box to be returned-only 60pence- and I was refunded Postage and Packing which I had not expected.10 out of 10 for Customer Service.
Bought two pairs of shoes from them, Andrew and Woody. Both fitted very comfortably - rare for me. Through no fault of theirs one of the pairs was not appropriate. They dealt with the issue very quickly and in a most satisfactory way. Real people at the end of telephone lines, and reliable customer service.
Excellent product and efficient service.
Cosyfeet shoes are the only ones I can wear comfortably and I have always found both the shoes and the service using online ordering first class.
My only niggle is that they send me too many catalogues - the website is perfectly adequate!
Cosyfeet are excellant. I literally ordered a pair of slippers and a pair of shoes last night and they arrived this morning! Perfect fit for my mums swollen feet. Extra extra wide fittings and really great quality. Mum also get her reduction in price ( no VAT) due to being registered disabled. Will definetly order more from Cosyfeet.
... ...
As a long-time customer of Cosyfeet I'm a lot less than happy with how customers are treated on the phone
As an 80-yo, sheilding from Covid-19 and not able to answer my door, I made a special effort to install a secure, lockable parcel box outside my front door. It was clearly labelled on the delivery address label. And a parcel box does not only protect me from Covid-19. It also protects the delivery person.
Yet Cosyfeet's delivery subcontractor, Royal Mail, cannot be bothered to follow the instruction on the address label, demanding that I should break the lockdown by travelling several miles to collect from their local depot.
They should be ASHAMED.
And so should Cosyfeet who DENY, DENY & DENY any responsibility for their delivery sub-contractor.
The law is crystal clear. If a business accepts money for delivery, it is contractually responsible for delivery, no matter if it chooses to hire a subcontractor, - the Royal Mail.
So you say that "you are sorry that I am unhappy with ..."
However that isn't an apology for screwing up the delivery.
Nor have you made any effort at all to fix the problem caused by you and your incompetent delivery agent, nor have you made any apology for your behaviour on the phone. I note that your phone lines are recorded. However, your operator interrupted, shouted, and cut me off.
So in reality, you are not sorry at all.

Beware if purchasing for a relative, they sent the order to the card address not the delivery address. Despite emails back and forth refuse to acknowledge their error.

This must be on e of the best companies in providing the widest range of comfortable shoes. There are others with fancy machinery but people in this company have a wide range of solutions. Most of us k
have some idea of what we want and once you look at their website, you are more likely to hit on good advice and the right footwear. Returning a product could not be simpler. Good photographs of the product. I highly recommend them.
I've been buying from Cosyfeet for years, because I have very swollen feet. Their shoes are very good quality and well made, but their customer service is outstanding. I had one pair of shoes which began to leak after several months of wear and they replaced them with a brand new pair! They're always very helpful and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. You really do get what you pay for.
Ordered a pair of shoes yesterday and they arrived this morning at 8.15. I call that exceptional service.
I have very swollen feet but the shoes are so comfortable and fit perfectly.
Thank you Cosyfeet for being so efficient.

I placed my order by phone and the person I spoke to sounded totally bored and as though she was in a rush to do something else. I wanted to check what I’d ordered before, so I could order them again and it sounded as though that was really putting her out to look it up - “what’s the postcode?”, “what’s the number?”, “what’s your name?”, really abrupt, rather than “OK let’s have a look, could you please give me the postcode?”, etc. Really poor telephone manner. Didn’t offer next day delivery, which I would have selected as they are needed for the weekend. I’ll certainly try to avoid phoning them again, I may order online as their products are ideal for my elderly Mother. They are not great quality, considering the price - usual problem of ripping off the elderly and disabled in my view - and the socks don’t wash or wear particularly well but they are apparently comfortable. Why don’t companies train their staff properly and monitor them, obviously I feel strongly enough about her attitude to write this review and I will try to find an alternative supplier.
