Earle and Mavino just delivered my 2 beside tables and they were charming. Super helpful and polite. Would happily recommend them.

Earle & Kyle J were so polite and helpful, I have ordered lots from the company and think they are brilliant, always on time deliveries with plenty of messages about delivery time. Very very impressed.

I ordered my furniture from the Bath Cotswold store - staff were fantastic and Lily was wonderful and ironed out all the problems and concerns we had. On the day of our delivery the two men, Earle and Matt were really helpful and even gave us some guidance on how to build the wardrobe, how to get rid of old furniture dents left in the carpet, and spotted a small dent in one of the doors that the Customer Support team immediately compensated us for. All in all a wonderful service from everyone!!! I don’t think I’d go anywhere else to buy furniture in the future.

Matt D and Earle were really friendly, polite, co-operative and efficient. They were a pleasure to have in the house.

The delivery people Jemaine and Bernard were very good. They delivered and built our bed quickly and well. No mess left, would highly recommend.

Avoid at all costs.
Absolutely unacceptable level of customer service. We ordered bedroom furniture and were later informed that, due to a manufacturing error, the colour would not match what we originally ordered. Despite this, we agreed to proceed and check the colour in person. A delivery time was confirmed, and we took time off work to accommodate it — only to be notified on the morning of delivery that they would not be arriving.
Completely unreliable, disorganised, and unprofessional.

Having ordered two bedside tables, one of them arrived damaged. Cotswold arranged a replacement immediately and it was delivered within a week. The two delivery guys, Bernard and Aro, were extremely helpful and unpacked the replacement so that I could check it was ok (it was), taking all the packaging away with them. Faultless service all round.

Furniture delivered sooner than expected and is well made. The delivery men, Kevin and Adam, were very polite and helpful.

Excellent all round service starting with Kate (Knutsford store) who did not leave a stone unturned in helping us select a new lounge suite and secured a prompt delivery to Anthony and Matthew who delivered the two sofas with great courtesy, carrying, handling, unpacking with utmost care and respect to our property. Highly recommended.

I always visit the shop in Bath to order furniture as I find them incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
When I ordered the chest of drawers I was not prepared to pay a much higher delivery charge to have the furniture taken upstairs. So when Bobby and Marino offered to unwrap and take away the packaging I was delighted. Then they offered to carry the chest of drawers upstairs for me. What great service.
