We had bought a pair of jeans online and needed to return them, unfortunately the returns label was so poorly printed that it wouldn't scan at the post office. So we placed a replacement order to be collected from store in Ely and the salesperson there was most helpful. She arranged for the return, gave us an immediate refund for it and we even found some other good stuff to buy. So top marks for Ely and we would most definitely go back there.

I bought a coat which was on a half price offer. It fits perfectly. It’s very well made and made of good quality fabrics. I’m very pleased with it. I ordered it and collected from Ely store where the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cardigan for my Gran
I had ordered a cardigan online for my Grandma’s 100th Birthday. I went into my local store to collect but the cardigan wasn’t quite what I had in mind. The lovely helpful staff in the store suggested an alternative which was actually perfect and my Gran loved it!! Thank you ladies

My local store is rather small and carries a limited range, so I often order items for store collection which is why I visited on this occasion. Staff were, as always very pleasant, helpful and efficient.

There were 3 items and they are all well made and a perfect fit.

I love shopping here. I do it on line in the comfort of home. I always click and collect from the shop in Ely. The ladies are lovely there. Helpful. Be good if the store was bigger. Love cotton traders clothes ad they fit what ever size or shape you are.

Great Service from store
Ordered items online for delivery to my local store. I was sent an email when they were ready. Collected parcel but later needed to return some of the items (only because they didn’t suit my body type). There was no returns form included with my parcel but the ladies in the store were so helpful and efficient in sorting everything out for me. I received a refund promptly. All the items were of exceptional quality & the items I chose to keep are now my wardrobe favourites.
