Bought a pair of trainers for my mum, unfortunately it wasn’t suitable for her. Ordering and collecting in store is very convenient, returned hassle free, Catia and her team are always very lovely and helpful.

I am sorry you feel that we have not kept you up to date with your latest click and collect order. As our store have select collection dates and we do state on our website it can take up to 7 working days for delivery.
I can inform you that the store you have chosen has a Wednesday collection day. Looking at you order the parcel is on it way to the store today and should be ready for you to collect tomorrow. I would recommend ringing the store prior to going to make sure they have it ready for you.

Poor service
I ordered a pair of trousers for my partner. I had to wait 5 weeks for delivery and when they arrived, they were sized incorrectly, so didn't fit. So I had to drive to my store in Ely to get a refund. I ordered another pair and they were delivered to the store. When I went to collect them, again they were sized incorrectly. So again I got a refund. I had to travel 60.miles for these 2 trips to the store. I have emailed customer services and I have had no reply. So I phoned customer services amd was promised a £10 voucher which I have not received.
So I am very unhappy about this.
We are always purchasing clothes from Cotton Traders and have never had an issue before.
