Beautiful set excellent quality

Beautiful set excellent quality. Company was very good kept in touch always answered any of my questions the same day. My only thing stopping 5* was delivery time it was a bit late but the guys where lovely, very apologetic and also kept in touch with me throughout the evening.

Portland u shape

I ordered the Portland u shape sofa and it’s absolutely gorgeous and great quality. Delivery was a little bit longer than stated however defiantly worth it! Was so worried with all the negative reviews however couldn’t be happier

ITS A SCAM, AVOID !!!

Only giving it a one star because I don’t have a choice, they don’t even deserve that.
Absolutely most horrible unprofessional company I have ever come across.

It’s a shame I didn’t see the red flags before delivery but all the signs were there.

The missed deliveries, the excuses, delivering when they wanted to, showing up randomly with no communication, not using a legitimate courier service but instead delivering themselves in a hired vehicle.

This just goes to show how unprofessional they really are. They have taken my money, sent me a damaged item made with the cheapest material and have disappeared. No form of contact and each time I try reaching out they ignore all messages and emails. However, pre sales, they replied within 0.2 seconds at any hour of the day.

Nothing on their website is as described. I strongly believe the reviews on their website have been written by them with fake accounts, it needs to be fact checked.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this joke of a company. I have reported them and am waiting a response.

delivery is very poor,I wasted 2 days waiting in for nothing to arrive !! Email after email living on false hopes my headboard panels finally arrived however nice these are the overall customer experience was stressful and cost me many lost hours and days on my project .

THIS COMPANY IS TO BE AVOIDED

ordered a bed in January paid a deposit and was told would take approximately 2 weeks so paid balance. Beginning of March still waiting I was constantly promised the bed but kept getting excuse after excuse. The only way to contact them is via Whats App and that is difficult. In the end they completely ignored me so I complained to my credit card company and have now received a refund. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Disgusting company AVOID!!

Disgusting company! I ordered a sofa which stated 2 weeks delivery. I contacted the company and they told me delivery would be a certain day, waited all day no delivery until on the night we had a text to say the van had a flat tyre. They then said delivery would be the following day. Again still nothing. Then on the night at 8pm we had a video message off the delivery driver saying he couldn’t deliver because he was tired so he would deliver the next morning. So again waited for delivery still nothing. I contacted the company and was ignored. So I contacted them again to say I thought it was a scam and that I was going to request a full refund as clearly it wasn’t being delivered. Instantly had a reply saying a refund had been issued and my order had been cancelled. So clearly it wasn’t being delivered?? How can you cancel an order that quickly if it’s being delivered that very morning. Complete and utter liars. So now Iv been left for 3 days without a sofa with 3 children who have no where to sit and still going to be waiting even longer to find a new sofa. Also no refund has been received. Avoid this company at all cost! Communication is non existent and clearly have no customer service skills. Wouldn’t even give them one star

Sloane 4 seater with footstool

Purchased the Sloane 4 seater from Couchek with no problems at all. Great service from start to delivery , sofa is fabulous. Although the delivery was later than planned couldn't fault the two guys delivering they were extremely respectful and courteous.

Horrendous experience DO NOT BUY

Horrendous experience. At first I ordered as it looked like a totally legitimate website. I asked i’ve paid a deposit for my Sofa and that was sent to the business bank account from my debit account. I was told that the rest would be payable of delivery. I was in constant communication with the person on the other end of their WhatsApp line as we discussed me potentially purchasing additional pieces. Luckily I did not do this, I ask them if I could delay delivery because I wasn’t moved into Home yet they said that was fine then asked them to bring the delivery date forward a week because I had completed on my house early they also said they would check and then they said that was fine. I contacted them to confirm delivery two days prior to the new delivery date via WhatsApp and they said that was okay. They came back to say my two seater isn’t ready but my three seater is so it will be delivered two later that’s fine on the day of delivery everything was fine. I’ve got a call from the courier to say that they would be arriving between four and five and then got another call from the courier to say that they would be arriving in 10 minutes and then they text me to say I need to pay the remaining balance in cash. When they arrive. I contacted the company immediately and said I did not feel comfortable with this, they said that’s fine straightaway I can just bank transfer it to the business account. I still found this strange and I said that to them and I asked me how I expected to pay. I said payment link or invoice, but I’ve never had this before with any order, especially a large order sofa was delivered in five parts. When the delivery man left. I unravelled it and realised that there was cushions missing. The two seater was two different sizes at the base and the three seater was the wrong colour and all the cushions were a different colour to the three seater base , I contacted the delivery driver immediately and asked if there was a mixup with my delivery. They said no they didn’t seem shorts and they said cinema video and a photo and they will contact the company and I contacted the company immediately as well. I sent photos I sent videos and I explained what had happened and they replied straight away saying they can’t do anything until they speak to their supervisor the following day. The following day came. Nobody contacted me then contacted after 9 am. I was being ignored either, then emailed I WhatsApp continuously , I tried to phone I googled and their phone number was a mobile number that went to voicemail and it wasn’t until I told them that I was gonna take action via my bank if they continue to ignore me because I’m starting to feel like it was a scam is when they replied the person said that it was a mixup they’re not a scam, even though I didn’t call them a scam and that they will try to get the right parts sent sent to me in the post and I said to be honest please come and collect them and refund me because they looked really bad and I had had a message on social media warning me to be wary of this company. After that message I went on trustpilot and I saw all of these reviews of similar situations and became even more worried because it seems like a lot of people didn’t get their money back by refund they ignored me again for the rest of the day after telling me that they were going to try and arrange a collection. I asked for an update no one replied I contacted them again the next day no one replied until I said okay I’m gonna have to take this further, which I have done in my bank and reported them with the police guardian Money and will be taking legal action by the courts. They then started to make things up. I left a Google review. They posted my name and my area that I live in in the Google response and also said that I’ve changed my delivery date various times which they’ve repeated three times to me now and putting in the blame on me, they’ve said this is why the quality check wasn’t done in mind they’ve been ignoring me so this was all said in response to the Google review. I then messaged them to say why are they responding on Google but not to my messages they said they are arranging a collection but it will be whenever as delivery driver is in my area. They have told me that they do not operate out of London despite their website WhatsApp socials stating they do and they do not know when the courier will be in my area and they can’t refund me until they have the sofas back which is completely unacceptable and a breach of the consumer rights act. They have blocked me on social forms because people are speaking out about them after I shared my story people continue to speak out about them because I do not want this to happen to anybody else and I will not give up until my money is refunded and the sofas are collected. The sofas also are awful quality so please do not take any risks. I’m sure they’ll reply with lies.

Unfortunately, issuing a full refund before retrieving the sofa posed a risk to our seller protection policy, hence the offer of a partial refund. As we were arranging the collection, we encountered significant challenges when you and your friends began threatening and publicly sharing our employees' details. Throughout this ordeal, our team maintained professionalism and courtesy. Ultimately, we prioritised resolving the issue and promptly issued a full refund. We regret any distress caused and remain committed to customer satisfaction.

COMPLETE SCAM

Ordered 29th Jan and they told me that my payment will be refunded into my bank as theyre having trouble with their payment provider, to then never receive a refund and the bank tells me that there has definately been no refund processed all along! So they have my money and my couch along with pathetic customer service skills, don’t waste your time with these BLATANT LIARS AND SCAMMERS

Happy customer :)

I am quite pleased with Couchek's service. I sent in my measurements after requesting a custom-made sofa; I was thrilled to discover that they provide this service, and they delivered. I love my sofa; it fits perfectly in my apartment. The colour, pattern, and material are wonderful for the price. The only drawback is that delivery was repeatedly postponed; however, their sofas are well worth the wait.

This company is a scam. My poor friend ordered a sofa 2 weeks ago now. Not only was it the wrong sofa, it also looks nothing like either described on the website. Poor quality, missing parts. To top it off she is now being ignored by the ‘returns’ department, who are probably sat next to the sales dept in the same office, as they were quick to respond to me when I enquired on her behalf. This company should be ashamed of themselves. Any good reviews on here are paid!

I ordered the Victoria sofa middle of Dec. After sleeping on it, I changed my mind, and requested to change to the Rafaello, which was agreed via WhatsApp (no e-mail confirmation of change). I was advised I would be contacted via courier 2 days prior to my delivery to ensure I was home; however, I got a text only a few HOURS before to say my sofa was on the way. Sadly, I was out for my son's birthday meal, and I had to leave his birthday meal so I could be home. Not impressed! Three men unloaded 3 large packages into my lounge. I signed without checking (I wanted to get back to the meal) and noted on the paperwork 'signed without checking.' After coming home from the meal, I unpacked the sofa to see it was the wrong sofa, wrong colour, it wasn't neither the Victoria nor the Raffaelo sofa. There were attachments missing so the sofa couldn't even be attached together. I messaged them immediately telling them it was wrong, and they promised they would deal with me as a priority the next day. I wanted the sofa collected and a full refund as I had lost my faith in the company already. They told me they had sent my sofa to someone else, and I have theirs. If that's the case, why on earth haven't they been to collect mine? There must be another disgruntled customer somewhere with a wrong sofa? I was offered to keep the sofa, with a £200 refund, a footstool and 6 cushions. I told them I wanted a refund. I e-mailed them as requested but have heard NOTHING since. I have sent multiple e-mails which are now being ignored, my whatsapp messages are being ignored, my phone calls are being ignored. This is a TERRIBLE company. Thankfully, I paid on a credit card and we are in the process of completing a chargeback, where I will be reimbursed for the sofa, and the credit card company will obtain the funds from Couchek. I urge anyone else in my position to do the same. Unfortunately, I now have three massive packages sitting in my lounge, which will soon be moved to my garage where they will likely get cold and damp but guess what, that's not my problem. I am intrigued to see how quickly they come to collect the sofa once I have rec'd the chargeback. Absolute cowboys - AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Couch completely different to the couch…

Couch completely different to the couch advertised on the website, different fabric and colour. No response from company when trying to contact them several times. Not to mention the sofa arrived at 1.30am and this company are known for delivering at ridiculous hours.
