I tried to return the sofa and the company is just ignoring me

The starters they bring the wrong colour they told me it would be delivered between 12 and two was 6:30. Sofa is cheaply made it creeks when you sit on it. The cushions are just full of form they look rigid really really bad quality stay well aware

After being assured delivery would be no more than 12 days (ordered on the 1st of the month) it was delivered at 01:15am on the 24th by one person. There was no communication from the company what so ever, I was the one having to chase them. The sofa that was delivered was the wrong colour so I am yet to hear from them what is going to happen. Pre-sale was fantastic. Post-sale non exsistent.

I would actually give no stars. My order was meant to be delivered within the 12 day slot it is now into week 5. Customer service is appalling. Can’t get hold of anyone , no one answers your messages. I’ve got rid of my old sofa as said being delivered so am without a sofa for Christmas. Paid in full and when say I want a refund that’s when they went quiet. I’d stay well away from this company. Now to the fraud department on my credit card to try get my money back

After your response of £50 refund this hasn’t been received. I did message and have had no response the day after so the next step will be trading standards as the sofa I received is nothing like the one your advertising. Sofa is smaller the cushions are not square and they are different sizes. The feet are different. Also the cushions are already wearing where you sit. i wouldn’t even pay half of what you advertised it for.

OMG i finally received my order :)
tbh i was not expecting this quality at all as the prices were cheaper than other websites. But i do have to say the wait was worth it, amazing quality. Delivery was a bit delayed but this makes up for it

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! My sofa stinks of a burning smell, it’s a corner sofa & hasn’t got the clips to attached the sofa together, every time we sit down it just moves. Have tried to call & WhatsApp but no one ever comes back to me, they then gave me another number for their customer service but the number is not in use!!
Absolutely appalling customer service & now stuck with a sofa that stinks & doesn’t clip together!! DO NOT BUY!

I received my sofa within 3 days of ordering it so made up with how quick Couchek processed and made delivery. Extremely pleased with both the price and quality of the sofa too. Definitely made the right choice buying through Couchek

I received my sofa over 5 weeks ago which unfortunately was defective. I immediately asked for a replacement and after having to chase for a few days and threaten a full refund I received a response and a replacement was ordered. It was meant to be delivered 2 weeks ago today but for some mysterious reason it wasn’t. It has now been radio silence for over a week despite me sending daily requests for an update. The team seem to be extremely responsive when it’s to make a sale but you need to chase them constantly for a response after they’ve taken payment. I’m at the point of raising a claim now as I feel I’ve been duped by a cowboy organisation. Buyer beware!

Just in response to the reply received - I have messaged two different individuals and the company info email almost daily and have had no response at all since Tuesday last week. It is unfortunate that the only response to update me on my sofa delivery is now coming via a Trustpilot review. I’m sorry but I’ve lost all faith in this sofa arriving next Wednesday as I’ve been told this story too many times.

Update - lo and behold it’s Wednesday and no sofa and no correspondence. SCAMMERS. Please do yourself and your bank balance a favour and do not touch this company with a barge pole.

Purchased a Lenox large corner sofa a week ago, got it delivered today.
The quality is great and the colour is lovely! I love it.
The delivery guys were great too and helped me get the sofa inside my house and set up.

Ordered a new sofa via couchek 15days ago arrived today.
Sofa itself is absolutely beautiful, it's actually better in real life than the photos online.
The colour the fabric the style is everything u wanted and more. The only thing I would say Is you do have to be patient with the delivery the communication isn't as good as it could be. However my sofa arrived, couriers were also really lovely and helpful, and very apologetic for being layer than expected.
Over all 5* for the sofa

Overall I am please the sofa is absolutely beautiful! Colour is gorgeous! I can’t say it match’s the photo as the cushions were fullback and photo on website shows scatter back (still gorgeous)- they also made me a footstool to completely close the gap rather than the smaller one which I am so happy with. Wish I could upload a picture!

Love the couch I received. Delivered efficiently and they were kind enough to help us put it in our living room. I had it for a while now and it has the best quality

I got my sofa a few days back and all I can say is that I’m really happy with the quality of my sofa. The material used is really comfortable and was a true upgrade to my living room.
