Amazing customer service dealing with my pallet delivery. Driver was excellent and lovely to talk to. Will definitely be using this service again and will certainly be recommending to family and friends.

I experienced a very high standard service from Kim, the support i received was efficient and thorough. Kim had exceptional customer service skill's and product knowledge, which made the TSS process declaration appear simple. She is valuable asset to your service team.

We use Courier Logistics for our deliveries and they always do a great job. Both Kim & Natasha who we have regular contact with are great to deal with!

Just had a 3 piece suite delivered and installed contacted us 10 mins before arrival were polite and did good job installing recliner suite 👍

Our collection driver, Alan, saw we was struggling, as our wrapping machine was broken, so he came into the warehouse to support the team so that all pallets were wrapped and loaded onto our stand trailer. Excellent service from the driver.

Absolute shambles of a company, clear instructions of a 30 minute phone call before deliver so I could leave work, they call on arrival then failed the delivery, wouldn’t answer the phone, sent an email complaining to no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Overall good service, but let down on occasion by drivers not following instructions and or clearly not going too or trying to get to the correct location.

Courier Logistics are always prompt and polite and very helpful with any questions that need answering at the office

We've done business with Courier logistics for over two decades now for our national deliveries and for storage. They have always offered fantastic customer service whenever it's been needed and the storage warehouse team, in particular Julie, are fantastic in service and ensuring our goods are returned as quickly as possible. Their storage facility is clean and organised and we've never had any issues with Collection/delivery drivers. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Alan the delivery driver was incredibly helpful in placing my double height order of oak logs for me next to my garage, this was very much appreciated as we share a drive with our elderly neighbour. Highly recommend this company and driver, thank you…

Alan was fantastic! Even though the address was wrong he still managed to find me. Not only did Alan help me lift the door to the back of my home but he also took the palet away with him.

Good customer Service.

All my interactions with this company have been 5 stars from speaking to Natasha on reception to the delivery driver who reverse all the way down my road so that he could get on the drive to unload exactly where I needed the pallets. Thank you I wish everyone was so helpful.

Fantastic service. I made several bookings with Courier Logistics - all their couriers arrived early and were extremely friendly. They were very patient and took great care over each delivery. Highly recommend!
